A fiber optic adaptor includes a main shell body and an outer cover. The main shell body has a first end portion and a second end portion. The first end portion defines a first opening and is formed with two engaging grooves. The outer cover is removably disposed on and covering the first end portion, and has a cover body portion, two locking clips, and an identifier portion. The two locking clips protrudes from the cover and respectively engage the engaging grooves. The identifier portion is disposed on the cover body portion. The locking clips are operable to be removed respectively from the engaging grooves. The cover body portion defines a port outer opening, and a port key portion.

Fiber optic adaptor

A fiber optic adapter includes a surrounding wall defining a communication space, two first protruding walls located in the communication space and connected to the surrounding wall, two second protruding walls located in the communication space and connected to the surrounding wall, and an error-proofing protrusion disposed on the surrounding wall, and located in a first key groove between the first protruding walls.

Fiber optic adapter and fiber optic connector

An optical fiber connector includes an outer sleeve and a main casing body. The outer sleeve includes a surrounding wall and a key portion extending forwardly from the surrounding wall. The main casing body includes a wall portion defining a mounting space for receiving a portion of a mechanical transfer (MT) ferrule mounted with a plurality of optical fibers therein. The outer sleeve is detachably sleeved on the wall portion. The wall portion has two opposite outer connecting surfaces formed respectively with two keyways. The key portion engage one of the keyways. The outer sleeve is detachable from the main casing body so as to allow the key portion to engage the other one of the keyways.

Optical fiber connector

A cable arrangement device adapted to use with an optical fiber cable includes two detachably connected positioning halves defining an axial groove unit that permits the optical fiber cable to extend therethrough, and two auxiliary grooves that are diametrically opposite to each other with respect to the main groove, and two sleeves disposed detachably between the positioning halves. When the sleeves are mounted between the positioning halves, the device is suitable for a three-core fiber. When the sleeves are detached from the positioning halves, the device is suitable for a single-core fiber.

Cable arrangement device

A fiber optic adapter includes an outer casing, two coupling members for removably engaging a ferrule end of a fiber optic connector and an auxiliary member for sleeving the ferrule end therein. The auxiliary member is operable to move relative to the coupling members between a locked position, where the coupling members are adapted to engage the ferrule end for preventing separation of the ferrule end from the fiber optic adapter, and an open position, where the auxiliary member moves the coupling members to disengage from the ferrule end, thereby allowing separation of the ferrule end from the fiber optic adapter.

Fiber optic adapter

An optical fiber connector adapted to use with two optical fibers includes a base seat, a positioning member, and a joint unit. The base seat includes a tubular wall defining an axial hole and two extension walls defining an accommodation space in spatial communication with the axial hole. The positioning member is disposed in the axial hole and defines a channel permitting the optical fibers to extend therethrough. The joint unit includes two central pins and two sleeves. The central pins are adapted to be connected respectively to the optical fibers. The sleeves are sleeved respectively on the central pins and are detachably mounted to the base seat such that positions of the central pins relative to each other are fixed.

Optical fiber connector having a covered positioning member

An optical fiber connector includes a main unit and a housing unit. The main unit includes a boot and a connector module that has a rear part connected to a front end of the boot, and a front coupling end distal from the boot. The housing unit includes a sliding sleeve sleeved slidably around the connector module, and a light blocking member pivotally connected to the sliding sleeve. The sliding sleeve is operable between a light blocking position, where the light blocking member blocks light from the front coupling end, and a fiber coupling position, where the light blocking member rotates relative to the sliding sleeve and allows the front coupling end to be exposed from the sliding sleeve.

An optical attenuator has a male connector, a female connector that is spaced apart from the male connector in a front-rear direction, a holder, and an attenuating member. The holder extends in the front-rear direction and has two opposite ends respectively connected to the male and female connectors. The holder is formed with a mounting groove which extends in the front-rear direction. The attenuating member extends through the mounting groove, and has two opposite ends respectively inserted into the male and female connectors.

Optical attenuator

An optical fiber distribution apparatus includes a panel extending along a first direction and formed with a first mounting hole and at least two second mounting holes spaced apart from the first mounting hole along the first direction. A plurality of rows of optical fiber connector adapters are arranged in a stack in a direction transverse to the first direction and are inserted into the first mounting hole. At least two multi-fiber push on (MPO) connector adapters are respectively inserted into the at least two second mounting holes.

Optical fiber connection apparatus

An accessory includes a case body, a cover unit, and first and second coupling units. The case body is formed with a receiving space for receiving a portable electronic device. The cover unit is configured to be coupled removably to the case body for closing and opening the receiving space. The first coupling unit includes a data and charge connector for mating electrical connection with a data and charge socket of the portable electronic device, and a data and charge port connected to the data and charge connector. The second coupling unit includes a connector jack for mating electrical connection with an audio socket of the portable electronic device, and an audio port connected to the connector jack.

An LC optical fiber cable adapter includes a main body and a connecting mechanism. The main body includes a base wall, and first and second connecting walls extending respectively from opposite lateral edges of the base wall. The first connecting wall has a first front wall segment and a first rear wall segment. The second connecting wall has a second front wall segment and a second rear wall segment. The connecting mechanism includes a first connecting unit provided on the first front wall segment, and two second connecting units. Each of the second connecting units is provided on a respective one of the second front and rear wall segments of the second connecting wall, and has a contour matching that of the first connecting unit.

LC optical fiber cable adapter assembly

An optical fiber connector includes a housing unit, a fiber ferrule unit including a fiber ferrule and a resilient member, a connecting unit, a boot unit and a sleeve unit. The housing unit includes a housing body defining an internal space, and a first engaging member. At least a substantial portion of the fiber ferrule is disposed in the internal space. The resilient member is sleeved on the fiber ferrule. The connecting unit includes a second engaging member and a connecting member. The second engaging member abuts against the resilient member and engages the first engaging member. The boot unit completely receives the connecting member. The sleeve unit is sleeved on the housing unit and the boot unit and covers a juncture therebetween.

An optical fiber connector includes a connector body and an actuating device. The connector body is adapted to connect with an adapter, and includes a main body portion having a tubular section, a resilient retaining arm portion extending inclinedly from the main body portion, and a pressing plate portion extending inclinedly from the main body portion. The actuating device includes a handle unit and two flexible rods extending from the handle unit and through the tubular section in the main body portion to connect with a free end of the pressing plate portion. The handle unit can be pulled to move the free end of the pressing plate portion to press a free end of the resilient retaining arm portion, thereby allowing for removal of the connector body from the adapter.

An accessory is for electrically connecting an audio output device to a portable electronic device. The accessory includes an attachment unit, a connector jack and a coupling unit. The attachment unit is to be removably attached to the portable electronic device. The connector jack is for mating electrical connection with an audio socket of the portable electronic device. The coupling unit is for mating electrical connection with the audio output device, and is to be removably attached to the attachment unit for establishing electrical connection with the attachment unit. The attachment unit and the coupling unit are configured to removably engage each other by magnetic attraction.

Accessory for electrically connecting an audio output device to a portable electronic device

An optical fiber connector includes a connector housing and a positioning unit. The connector housing has two opposite side walls, a base wall disposed between and interconnecting the side walls, and a lid disposed between and inter-engaging releasably the side walls. The connector housing defines an inner space, and an access opening in spatial communication with the inner space and covered by the lid. The positioning unit is mounted in the inner space and includes first and second holding members and a coupling sleeve extending into and interconnecting the first and second holding members. The positioning unit is inserted into the inner space through the access opening so as to be mounted in the inner space before covering the access opening with the lid.
