A system including a drone or unmanned vehicle configured to perform surveillance of a premises. The drone surveillance includes autonomous navigation and/or remote or optional piloting around the premises. The drone includes a controller coupled to a plurality of sensors configured to collect drone data and security data at the premises, wherein the controller is configured to generate control data for the drone and the premises using the drone data and the security data. A remote device coupled to the drone includes a user interface configured to present the drone data, the security data, and/or the control data.

Mobile premises automation platform

Systems and methods include a system comprising a cloud hub located in a premises. The cloud hub comprises adapters coupled to premises devices, and the cloud hub is configured as a gateway for the premises devices. A virtual gateway is located in a cloud server environment and coupled to the cloud hub. The virtual gateway is configured as a server-side abstraction of the cloud hub. Integrated cloud system with lightweight gateway for premises automation

Systems and methods include a cloud hub located in a premises, and the cloud hub comprises adapters configured for coupling to premises devices. Systems and methods for activating an interface device for use at a premises are described. An interface device may be activated for a security system at the premises. The interface device may communicate with a remote server to request activation. The remote server may also be in communication with a user device. A correspondence of a first address of the interface device and a second address of the user device may be used to authorize the interface device for activation. The interface device may receive an activation message and begin communicating with and controlling a security system and other devices at the premises.

Activation of gateway device

Embodiments include a system comprising a gateway that includes a processor coupled to sensors and/or network devices installed at a premises. The system includes a remote server coupled to the gateway and located remote to the premises. The gateway and/or the remote server includes data of the sensors and/or network devices. The system includes an application running on at least one of the gateway and the remote server. The application controls events corresponding to the data and/or the premises in response to content of the data. The system includes a client interface coupled to the gateway and/or the remote server. The client interface presents the data to client devices.

Media content management

A system comprises premises devices located at a premises. A gateway device is located at the premises and may communicate with the premises devices. A server is configured to interact with the premises devices and the gateway device. A touchscreen device may communicate with the server and configured to interact with the premises devices. The touchscreen device includes a user interface configured to interact with the gateway device. The user interface is configured to control interactions between the premises devices and the gateway device and trigger, based on at least one automation rule, an action of at least one of the premises devices. Corresponding methods, apparatuses and other systems are also provided.

Integrated cloud system for premises automation

A system comprises premises equipment including premises devices located at a premises. The system includes a partner device located at the premises and configured to use a partner protocol different from a protocol of the premises equipment. The system includes a system server configured to interact with the premises devices. The system server is configured to interact with the partner device via a partner proxy corresponding to the partner device. The system includes automation rules coupled to the system server. The automation rules include actions and triggers for controlling interactions between at least one of the partner device and the premises devices. The system includes a user interface coupled to the system server and configured to interact with the premises devices and the partner device.

Methods and systems for premises management are described. An example system may comprise a premises management device and a touchscreen device. The touchscreen device may output a plurality of interfaces that enable control of the premises management device. The example system may comprise a premises management server that receives behavioral data associated with the premises management device and the touchscreen device. The premises management server may generate and output a risk score based on the behavioral data.
