Devices, systems, and methods used to drain a body cavity under a vacuum are disclosed. The devices include a vacuum container and a cap. The container includes an ergonomic gripping portion to allow a user to easily handle the container in use. The cap includes a sealing member configured to selectively seal an inlet to control the flow of drainage fluid into the vacuum container.

Medical devices for delivering a plug to a void within a patient. The medical device can include a fluid delivery device and a plug holder (e.g., a plug delivery device) coupled to a distal end of the fluid delivery device. The medical device may be configured such that the delivery of fluid from the fluid delivery device wets the plug, ejects the plug from the plug holder, and pushes the plug through a lumen of an elongate tube to a void within a patient.

Medical devices for delivering compositions or medical articles to a patient are disclosed. The medical plug delivery devices can include a fluid delivery device (e.g., a syringe), a frame, and a rotatable magazine. By rotating the rotatable magazine relative to the frame, material within the chambers of the rotatable magazine can be sequentially deployed to a patient.

A hemostasis valve can include a valve member, wherein the valve member includes a first sealable opening disposed through a first portion of the valve member and a second sealable opening disposed through a second portion of the valve member. The hemostasis valve may be releasably coupleable to the other medical device.

Devices and methods used to drain a spinal cyst are disclosed. An opening may be created by a medical device, such as a nested needle assembly, that is inserted percutaneously into a facet joint adjacent to the cyst. The needle assembly may include a first elongate member, needle or introducer cannula; a second elongate member, inner cannula, needle, or trocar; and a piercing needle. The piercing needle may be used to microfenestrate a wall of the cyst such that fluid within the cyst is permitted to drain from the cyst.
