The present invention suppresses the amount of fluid pushed out from an injection needle when confirming whether air has been pushed out of the injection needle. Provided is a syringe that comprises: a cylinder; an injection needle; a needle base; an injection needle cover; and a plunger rod. The needle basecommunicates between the inside of the cylinderand the inside of the injection needle. The injection needle cover, when extended from a folded state, surrounds the injection needle. The injection needle covercomprises an injection needle surrounding part. The injection needle surrounding part has at least one cutoutin a section facing the needle baseand covering the needle base, such that the needle basecan be identified from the outside.

The present invention improves the feeling in use when a finger is hooked on a finger grip. This syringe is provided with a cylinder, a syringe needle, a finger grip, and a plunger rod. The finger gripis provided with a cylindrical portion and a pair of finger hook portions. The finger hook portion has an inclined curved surfaceand an end-side curved surface. The inclined curved surfaceis disposed on a side, of a side surface of the finger hook portion, connected to the cylinder. In the inclined curved surface, the inclination of a base-side region with respect to the center axis of the cylindrical portion is gentler than the inclination of an end-side region with respect to the center axis of the cylindrical portion. The end-side curved surfaceis disposed at the boundary between the end of the finger hook portion and the inclined curved surface. The end-side curved surfaceextends along the boundary.

A novel technique is provided for preserving a liquid pharmaceutical preparation safely and stably. The nano-bubble water of the present invention, which is produced in the presence of a surfactant, a hydrophilic resin and/or an electrolyte and contains not less than 2.0&#xd7;10bubbles/mL of nano-bubbles, shows a superior antibacterial action, and can be used as a base of a liquid pharmaceutical preparation showing safe and stable preservation property.
