A display device includes pixels, and each pixel is connected between a first electrode or a second electrode of a driving transistor and a bias line, includes a bias transistor configured to transfer a bias voltage applied from the bias line to the first electrode or the second electrode of the driving transistor during a bias period. Bias voltages applied to the pixels emitting light of different colors are different from each other.

Display device

A display device includes a plurality of pixels and an upper signal line providing a data signal to the pixels. The upper signal line includes a first upper signal line including a first metal material, a second upper signal line including a second metal material which is different from the first metal material, and a third upper signal line including the first metal material. The first, second and third upper signal lines are arranged in order and respectively electrically connected to a plurality of connection lines including the second metal material. The connection lines are connected to a plurality of lower signal lines.

A pixel circuit includes a light-emitting element, a first transistor, a second transistor operating based on a first gate signal, a third transistor operating based on a second gate signal, a fourth transistor operating based on an initialization control signal, a fifth transistor operating based on an emission control signal, a sixth transistor operating based on the emission control signal, a seventh transistor, of which one terminal is connected to the light-emitting element, operating based on a bias control signal, an eighth transistor, of which one terminal is connected to the driving transistor, operating based on the bias control signal, a storage capacitor, and the light-emitting element. Pixel circuit and method for improving image quality at low driving frequency

A pixel circuit includes a light-emitting element, a first transistor, a second transistor operating based on a first gate signal, a third transistor operating based on a second gate signal, a fourth transistor operating based on an initialization control signal, a fifth transistor operating based on an emission control signal, a sixth transistor operating based on the emission control signal, a seventh transistor, of which one terminal is connected to the light-emitting element, operating based on a bias control signal, an eighth transistor, of which one terminal is connected to the driving transistor, operating based on the bias control signal, a storage capacitor, and the light-emitting element. The pixel circuit performs a display-scan operation in a first case where a driving time of a panel driving frame is a minimum driving time and performs a display-scan operation and at least one self-scan operation in a second case where the driving time is different from the minimum driving time.

A pixel circuit and a display apparatus. The pixel circuit includes a first transistor configured to output a driving current corresponding to a data voltage to an output node, an OLED connected to the output node and configured to emit light according to the driving current output from the first transistor, a storage capacitor coupled to the first transistor and configured to store the data voltage, a second transistor configured to receive a reference voltage from the first transistor during a first time section, configured to diode-connect the first transistor, and configured to compensate for a threshold voltage of the first transistor, and a third transistor configured to diode-connect the first transistor during a second time section, configured to receive the data voltage through the first transistor for which the threshold voltage of the first transistor is compensated, and configured to transfer the data voltage to the storage capacitor.

Pixel circuit and display apparatus including the pixel circuit

An organic light-emitting display apparatus includes: a pixel coupled to a scan line, a data line, a control line, and a power line, the pixel comprising an organic light-emitting diode configured to emit light in response to a data voltage; and a power supply unit configured to apply power source voltages of different levels during one frame period, wherein the pixel is configured to increase an anode voltage of the organic light-emitting diode in a scan period when the data voltage is inputted.
