A bioenvironment-sensitive nanoparticle including a polymer having complementary charges, a method of manufacturing the same, and a pharmaceutical use of the bioenvironment-sensitive nanoparticle are disclosed. The bioenvironment-sensitive nanoparticle can be useful in stably and effectively delivering a target material such as a drug even when used at a small quantity since the nanoparticle is stable in extracellular environments. Also, the bioenvironment-sensitive nanoparticle can be useful in selectively diagnosing or treating cancer cells since the nanoparticle is specific to environments of the cancer cells.

Bioenvironment-sensitive nanoparticle comprising polymer having complementary charges

Provided are polyaniline coordinated with a transition metal, a core-shell nanoparticle including the same as a core, and preparation methods thereof. According to the polyaniline coordinated with a transition metal and the nanoparticle of the present application, it is possible to prepare polyaniline coordinated with a transition metal using an oxidizing agent having a core-shell structure and including the transition metal and a nanoparticle including the same as a core. The polyaniline prepared as such is in a doped state, and, thus, a preparation process is simple. Further, dispersibility with respect to a solvent is improved, and a band gap level of the polyaniline can be easily regulated.

Polyaniline coordinated with transition metal and preparation method thereof

The present invention relates to an amphiphilic nanoparticle specific to a biomarker, and more particularly, provides an amphiphilic nanoparticle which may be used as a diagnosis or treatment-type drug or gene carrier by selectively recognizing a proteolytic enzyme specifically expressed in a cellular membrane of a specific cell, and then being bound to the proteolytic enzyme to efficiently achieve the intracellular uptake and selective cleavage. The amphiphilic nanoparticle of the present invention may be used in the diagnosis or therapy of a disease.

Biomarker specific amphiphilic nanoparticles

The present invention relates to a nanoparticle including a hydrophobic drug conjugated to a cationic polymer and a hydrophilic drug conjugated to an anionic polymer, a method of preparing the same and a pharmaceutical use thereof. The nanoparticle according to an embodiment of the present invention may deliver the hydrophilic drug and the hydrophobic drug at the same time, and may control an initial drug burst. Further, the nanoparticle according to an embodiment of the present invention is specific to a cancer cell environment, and thus selective diagnosis or treatment of cancer cells is possible.
