Disclosed is a battery module. The battery module includes a plurality of batteries, a thermal conduction plate, and a temperature sensing element. The plurality of batteries are arranged in a length direction. The thermal conduction plate is located between the adjacent batteries and fits the batteries. The temperature sensing element is in contact with the thermal conduction plate. In the battery module, the thermal conduction plate fits the batteries. Heat generated by the batteries is transferred to the thermal conduction plate. The temperature sensing element is in contact with the thermal conduction plate to acquire a temperature of the batteries. Because the temperature of the batteries that is acquired by the temperature sensing element via the thermal conduction plate is close to an actual temperature of the batteries, a deviation between the temperature acquired by the temperature sensing element and the actual temperature of the batteries can be reduced.

Battery module

This application discloses a battery module, a battery pack, and a device, and relates to the field of battery technologies, to optimize a structure of the battery module. The battery module includes a battery, a wire harness board, a circuit board, and a temperature sensing assembly. The battery includes a top cover. The wire harness board is disposed on an outer side of the top of the top cover, and the wire harness board includes a body and a mounting portion disposed at the body. The circuit board is connected to the wire harness board. The temperature sensing assembly is mounted at the mounting portion, and pressed by the circuit board closely against the top cover. The battery module not only effectively implements temperature sensing at the top cover, but also prevents the temperature sensing assembly from being damaged due to excessive force applied by the circuit board.

Battery module, battery pack, and device

A battery module includes a battery cell; a housing that includes an inner cavity for accommodating the battery cell; an output assembly arranged at an exterior side of the housing and electrically connected to the battery cell; and a module upper cover that seals the inner cavity. The module upper cover includes a body and an extension connected to the output assembly.

A battery module as provided includes a battery, a wiring harness board, a circuit board, a compressing piece and a temperature acquisition assembly. The battery includes a top cover. The wiring harness board is arranged on an outer side of the top of the top cover. The circuit board is arranged on a side, away from the battery, of the wiring harness board. The compressing piece is mounted on the wiring harness board. The temperature acquisition assembly includes a thermistor, and the thermistor is electrically connected to the circuit board. The compressing piece compresses the thermistor of the temperature acquisition assembly, so that the thermistor compresses the top cover. The temperature acquisition assembly acquires a temperature of the top cover of the battery, with a short temperature transfer path and rapid temperature transfer response.

Battery module and battery pack

Provided are a terminal protection device and a battery module. The terminal protection device includes a base having a bottom portion and side plates connected to peripheral sides of the bottom portion, the side plates and the bottom portion together form an accommodation cavity, and an input port is in communication with the accommodation cavity; each of the side plates is provided with an input port, through which an output electrode passes; each of the side plates is further provided with a connection port, the connection port is in communication with the accommodation cavity such that an external electric connector can pass through the connection port) and be connected to the output electrode; and a protection plate is provided at the connection port, and the protection plate detachably covers the connection port.

Terminal protection device and battery module

The present application relates to the technical field of energy storage devices, in particular to a battery module, a battery pack, and an apparatus using a battery cell as a power supply, the battery module comprising: a plurality of battery cells, stacked along a length direction; a cover plate, located at an end portion of the battery cells along a height direction; and a wire harness isolation plate assembly, located between the cover plate and the battery cells along the height direction, where the cover plate is plug-connected to the wire harness isolation plate assembly. The solutions of the present application helps to increase energy density of the battery module through reducing the thickness of the cover plate and the wire harness isolation plate assembly while simultaneously improving the connecting reliability of the cover plate and the wire harness isolation plate assembly.

Battery module, battery pack, and apparatus using battery cell as power supply

This application provides an output electrode base, a battery module, and an electric vehicle, and relates to the technical field of batteries. The output electrode base provided in this application includes: a base body and a connecting member. A cavity is made in the base body. At least a part of the connecting member is located inside the cavity and fixed to the base body. A plurality of first stop blocks are disposed around an outer peripheral wall of the connecting member, and the plurality of first stop blocks are configured to limit movement of the connecting member. The battery module provided in this application includes: a battery cell; an output electrode base provided in this application; and an output electrode connecting plate, fixed to the output electrode base.

The present application relates to a battery module including: multiple battery units, the battery units being arranged side by side along a length direction of the battery module, the battery unit including a top cover; a circuit board, arranged above the top cover in a height direction, the circuit board being provided with a temperature collection circuit; a heat-conducting element, a first end of the heat-conducting element being connected to the circuit board, and at least part of the heat-conducting element being in contact with the top cover; and a temperature detection component, arranged on the heat-conducting element and signal-connected to the temperature collection circuit.

The plurality of batteries are arranged in a longitudinal direction; the electrical connecting piece is electrically connected to the corresponding battery; the circuit board is located above the corresponding battery in a height direction; the sampling connecting member is connected to the electrical connecting piece and the circuit board; the sampling connecting member includes a fixing portion and a contact portion, the fixing portion being fixed on the circuit board, the contact portion being connected to the fixing portion, and the contact portion pressing against the electrical connecting piece and keeping in contact with the electrical connecting piece.

A battery module and a vehicle. The battery module includes: a unit battery; an end plate located at an end of the battery module along a length direction; and an output pole base including a mounting part and a matching part which are fixedly connected, where the matching part is made of metal material and is fixedly connected to the end plate to limit the freedom degree of movement of the output pole base relative to the end plate along the height direction, the width direction and the length direction. The plastic structure of the output pole base is added a matching part made of metal material therein and is fixedly connected to the end plate by the matching part.

This application provides a battery module, including: a plurality of batteries, arranged sequentially along a thickness direction of the battery module; side plates, disposed on two opposite ends of the plurality of batteries in a width direction of the battery module; and a composite pad, disposed between two corresponding adjacent batteries along the thickness direction. The composite pad includes a cushion material sheet and a connecting strip disposed around the cushion material sheet. A first bulge is disposed on the connecting strip. A first via hole is disposed on each side plate. The first via hole corresponds to the first bulge. The first bulge is inserted into the first via hole so that the connecting strip is fixedly connected to the side plate.

The present disclosure provides a battery module. The battery module includes a plurality of batteries that are stacked and two end plates disposed at two ends of the plurality of batteries in a stacking direction of the batteries. The battery module further includes a fixing strap, which includes a strap-shaped body and an elastic fixing part. The strap-shaped body surrounds the plurality of batteries and the end plates and defines a gap. The elastic fixing part is disposed in the gap and connected to the strap-shaped body. The elastic fixing part, together with the strap-shaped body, can provide an expansion space for the battery module with a certain restraint. In this way, the deformation of the battery module can be suppressed, and the battery module is protected from being damaged by a shear force of the strap-shaped body, thereby improving reliability of the battery performance.

The present application relates to a harness isolation plate assembly, a battery module, a battery pack and a device. The harness isolation plate assembly includes a plurality of isolation units comprising busbars and insulating films connecting the busbars; and a connecting assembly through which the adjacent isolation units are connected. In the present application, the harness isolation plate assembly includes a plurality of separate isolation units. Upon molding, each isolation unit can be processed independently. Moreover, a size of each isolation unit is small, thus reducing processing difficulty. Furthermore, it is easy to control a location of each busbar, such that locating accuracy of the busbars is improved so as to enhance connecting reliability between the busbars and an electrode lead. Meanwhile, in each isolation unit, the busbars are connected through the insulating films, such that a risk of short circuit for the busbars is low.

Harness isolation plate assembly, battery module, battery pack and device

A battery module is provided including a battery unit that includes a battery top cover; a temperature measurement unit, including a temperature collection element to collect temperature of the battery top cover; a harness plate, arranged on the battery top cover and including a harness plate body and a limiting structure arranged on the harness plate body, wherein the limiting structure is matched with the temperature measurement unit; a circuit board, arranged on the harness plate and including a circuit board body and an extending strip arranged on the circuit board body, wherein the temperature collection element is connected with the extending strip; and an electrical connecting sheet arranged on the harness plate to connect different battery units, wherein the temperature measurement unit is arranged between the electrical connecting sheet and the battery top cover, and the electrical connecting sheet exerts pressure onto the temperature measurement unit.

Battery module and device

This application relates to the battery field, and discloses a battery module and an electric vehicle using the battery module. The battery module includes a battery, a plugging member, and a temperature collection assembly. The battery includes a housing and a cover plate connected to the housing, where the cover plate is provided with a temperature collection hole. The plugging member includes an insertion portion that is installed in the temperature collection hole, and the insertion portion is provided with an accommodating cavity extending into an interior of the housing. The temperature collection assembly includes a temperature collection portion installed inside the accommodating cavity. According to this application, the temperature collection assembly collects a temperature inside the housing via the plugging member in the temperature collection hole. In this way, temperature collection is more accurate, a thermal conductive path is short, and a temperature collection response speed is fast.
