A display device comprises a substrate in which a first subpixel and a second subpixel arranged to adjoin the first subpixel are defined, a first electrode provided in each of the first subpixel and the second subpixel on the substrate, a light emitting layer provided in each of the first subpixel and the second subpixel on the first electrode, a second electrode commonly provided in the first subpixel and the second subpixel on the light emitting layer, a trench portion provided between the first subpixel and the second subpixel, and an insulating portion filling at least a part of the trench portion.

Display device including touch screen function

A transparent display device for providing only a viewer located at the front with an image is disclosed. The transparent display device comprises a substrate provided with a first subpixel, a second subpixel and a third subpixel, a first electrode provided in each of the first subpixel, the second subpixel and the third subpixel on the substrate, a light emitting layer provided on the first electrode, a second electrode provided on the light emitting layer, an upper color filter provided over the second electrode, a lower color conversion layer provided between the substrate and the first electrode, and a lower color filter provided between the substrate and the lower color conversion layer.

Transparent display device

A display device includes a substrate with a first subpixel and a second subpixel; a first electrode on the substrate, including a first sub electrode provided on the first subpixel and a second sub electrode on the second subpixel; an organic light emitting layer on the first electrode; a second electrode on the organic light emitting layer; a first bank between the first sub electrode and the second sub electrode to partition the first subpixel and the second subpixel from each other; and a light absorption portion inside each of the first sub electrode and the second sub electrode to absorb external light. The first sub electrode includes a reflective metal to cover the light absorption portion. The reflective metal and the second electrode emit light emitted from the organic light emitting layer to the substrate by reflecting the light emitted from the organic light emitting layer.

Display device

A light-emitting display device is provided. The light-emitting display device includes a first substrate, a first electrode layer on the first substrate, a bank layer that has openings exposing part of the first electrode layer, an emissive layer on the first electrode layer, bank grooves formed by recessing the bank layer, a second electrode layer on the emissive layer, and a low-reflectivity layer that lies on the second electrode layer and is positioned to correspond to the bank grooves.

Disclosed is a transparent organic light-emitting display (OLED) device having improved resolution by changing the layout of sub-pixel regions in a light-emitting area. The device comprises: a substrate having a plurality of pixels, each pixel including: a light emitting area including a first sub-pixel region, a second sub-pixel region, and a third sub-pixel region; and a transmissive area through which external light passes, wherein the transmissive area is surrounded by edges of the first, second and third sub-pixel regions of the pixel; and an organic light-emitting element on thin film transistors in each of the sub-pixel regions, wherein the first sub-pixel region is arranged on a first line of the pixel extending in a first direction, the second sub-pixel region is arranged on a second line parallel to the first direction, and the third sub-pixel region is arranged on a third line extending in a second direction.
