A method is designed to adjust automatically the dynamic balance of the main shaft of a processing machine. The method involves the use of a micro-electromechanical technique for a precision measurement of the imbalance quantity of the dynamic balance of the main shaft. The data are transmitted by the radio transmission technique to an automatic adjustment mechanism for adjusting the dynamic balance in conjunction with the phase difference of the rotary rings and a step-by-step motor.

Automatic adjustment method of the concealed main shaft dynamic balance

A clamping apparatus of an injection molding machine includes a servo motor installed at the center of the rear platen and two timing belts to drive two ball screws so as to push a five point inwardly bending toggle mechanism to open the mold, close the mold and mold clamping. Moreover, a servo motor is fixed to the lateral side of the movable platen to drive the nuts of the screw to rotate so as to push the ball screw, ejector rod and ejector plate to move linearly for achieving the object of ejecting. An electromotive motor on the rear platen will drive the mold adjusting means. By the assisting of the servo motor on the rear platen, the function and object of automatic mold adjusting can be achieved rapidly.

Clamping apparatus of an injection molding machine

An active piezoelectric spindle bearing preload adjustment mechanism includes a preload adjustment assembly located between an inner ring and an outer ring of two bearings, and an internal generator mounted at a selected location in a spindle. The preload adjustment assembly includes a spacer ring set and a piezoelectric actuator located in the spacer ring set. The rotation speed of the spindle is changeable to enable the internal generator generating selected amount of power and voltage for controlling extension or contraction length of the piezoelectric actuator whereby to change slide distance between the inner and outer ring for controlling bearing preload value.

Active piezoelectric spindle bearing preload adjustment mechanism

A wire cutting discharging machining device and the method thereof are disclosed. The method includes the steps of feeding a wire to be machined to a plurality of guide blocks; detecting one end of the wire and positioning the end; driving the plurality of guide blocks and a parallel device which is connected to the plurality of guide blocks and is operated synchronously so as to vertically guide the wire to an upper guide; and feeding the wire continuously to a workpiece, and a lower guide to a drawing roller. When in the process of machining, if a wire is broken abruptly or a machining path is to be updated, then a wire end detecting device, a wire cutting means, a wire end clamping device and a wire pressing device are used to achieve the object of wire modification.

Method and apparatus for the wire cut electric discharge machine

A shaft having thermal expansion, thermal pre-load yielding and dynamic pre-load adjusting systems. The shaft is made by the zero expansion or very low expansion materials. The shaft has two bearing assemblies. Each bearing assembly has two parallel bearings. A partition ring set is disposed between them. The partition ring set is made of multiple low and negative thermal expansion materials. It includes an inner partition ring and an outer partition ring. The inner partition ring is tightly contacting with corresponding sides of inner annular seats of the bearing. The outer partition ring is disposed outside of the inner partition ring without any contact. And, the outer partition ring is tightly contacting with corresponding sides of outer annular seats of the bearings.

Shaft having thermal expansion, thermal pre-load yielding and dynamic pre-load adjusting systems

A motor main shaft has a plurality of rolling bearings, a plurality of spacing rings, and a sleeve, which are all provided with a plurality of microfins to prevent the overheating of the main shaft in motion. The microfins serve to promote the heat convection.
