A fiber composite material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The fiber composite material includes: a fiber prepreg layer including a first resin and fibers impregnated with the first resin; and a plurality of strip-shaped composite resin layers including multi-layered carbon nanotubes and a second resin disposed on the fiber prepreg layer, wherein the plurality of the strip-shaped composite resin layers and the fiber prepreg layer together form a hollow tubular body, and a length direction of the plurality of strip-shaped composite resin layer is at an angle of from 0 degree and less than 90 degrees with respect to an extending direction of the fiber prepreg layer.

Fiber composite material and manufacturing method thereof

A fiber composite structure is provided that includes a plurality of fiber prepreg layers and at least one composite resin layer. The fiber prepreg layer includes a first resin and a plurality of fibers impregnated with the first resin. The composite resin layer includes a plurality of multilayered carbon nanotubes and a second resin, and is disposed between the two of the fiber prepreg layers. The composite resin layer and the fiber prepreg layers wind together to form a hollow tube body, in which the ratio of the number of layers of the composite resin layer to the fiber prepreg layers is from 1:4 to 1:7, and each composite resin layer covers 40% to 60% of the area of the adjacent fiber prepreg layers.

Fiber composition structure

A three-dimensional structure includes a plate and a three-dimensional component disposed on the plate. The three-dimensional component contains at least one first structure and at least one second structure. The first structure is an auxetic structure, and the second structure is different from the first structure. The at least one first structure and the at least one second structure are provided layer by layer along a thickness direction of the plate on the plate.

A fiber composite and manufacturing method thereof are provided. The fiber composite material includes: a plurality of fiber prepreg layers each including a first resin and fibers impregnated with the first resin; and at least one composite resin layer disposed between two of the fiber prepreg layers and including multi-layered carbon nanotubes and a second resin, wherein the surface of the multi-layered carbon nanotube has reactive functional groups containing an amine group, a carboxyl group, a hydroxyl group or an acyl chloride group, wherein the at least one composite resin layer and the fiber prepreg layers together form a hollow tube and the layer ratio of the at least one composite resin film layer to the fiber prepreg layers is 1:4 to 1:7.

Fiber composite and manufacturing method thereof

A method for preparing a carbon fiber composite material is provided. The method includes providing a first carbon fiber layer and a second carbon fiber layer; binding a first surface of the first carbon fiber layer with the second carbon fiber layer to obtain a laminated article, wherein a resin containing carbon nanotubes is formed on the first surface or a second surface of the first carbon fiber layer and the carbon nanotubes have functional groups on the surface thereof; and shaping the laminated article.

Method for preparing carbon fiber composite material

A carbon fiber composite material and a method for preparing the same are provided. The method includes providing a first carbon fiber layer and a second carbon fiber layer; binding a first surface of the first carbon fiber layer with the second carbon fiber layer to obtain a laminated article, wherein a resin containing carbon nanotubes is formed on the first surface or a second surface of the first carbon fiber layer and the carbon nanotubes have functional groups on the surface thereof; and shaping the laminated article.
