The present invention relates to a repairable GOA drive system, a driving method for a GOA circuit, and a display panel, which are used to improve the yield of display panels in a manufacturing process. The display panel includes a display area and a pixel circuit arranged in the display area, and the repairable GOA drive system includes a GOA circuit, a repair circuit, and a driver IC. The GOA circuit is connected to a driving signal output end of the driver IC; and the repair circuit is arranged between the driver IC and the pixel circuit and configured to replace at least one abnormal GOA unit in the GOA circuit to output a driving signal to the corresponding pixel circuit when the at least one GOA unit is abnormal. The implementation of the present invention can greatly improve repairability of backplane circuits with a GOA and increase the screen yield in mass production.

Repairable GOA drive system, driving method for GOA circuit, and display panel

Provided are a gate driver on array (GOA) circuit, an array substrate, and a display device. The GOA circuit provides a scanning pulse signal to a pixel matrix and includes cascaded GOA units. The GOA unit includes first and second enable input terminals, first and second output terminals, and a first node. The first output terminal of an N&#x2212;2-level GOA unit is connected to the first enable input terminal of an N-level GOA unit, and the second output terminal of the N&#x2212;2-level GOA unit is connected to the second enable input terminal of an N&#x2212;1-level GOA unit, N being greater than 2. The second output terminal outputs a scanning pulse signal to the pixel matrix. The GOA unit further includes a pull-up unit connected to the second enable input terminal and the first node to charge the first node to a first given voltage.

A thin film transistor (TFT) array substrate structure based on organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) may include multiple sets of TFT components, capacitors, common electrodes, and data signal lines, all of which are formed on a substrate. Each set of TFT components includes a driving TFT, and the driving TFT has a gate, a source, and a drain. A drain frame extends from the drain and surrounds a pixel block of the TFT array substrate structure, and a transparent conductive film is arranged in a region surrounded by the drain frame and is in contact with the drain frame.

A thin film transistor (TFT) device is provided. The TFT device includes a first conductive layer including a gate electrode and a connection pad. The TFT device further includes a first dielectric layer covering the gate electrode, and a semiconductor layer disposed on the dielectric layer and overlapping the gate electrode. The TFT device further includes a second dielectric layer disposed on the semiconductor layer and the first dielectric layer so as to expose first and second portions of the semiconductor layer and the connection pad. The TFT device further includes a second conductive layer which includes a source electrode portion covering the first portion of the semiconductor layer; a pixel electrode portion extending to the source electrode portion; a drain electrode portion covering the second portion of the semiconductor layer; and an interconnection portion disposed on the connection pad and extending to the drain electrode portion.
