Disclosed is a continuous preparation method of cellulose fibers, in which a forming tension of 0.1 to 1.9 cN/dtex is applied to a fine solution stream obtained by extrusion through a spinneret plate and air gap cooling, then the fine solution stream is fed into a coagulating bath at a speed of 80 to 1000 m/min, a traction tension of 0.075 to 1.5 cN/dtex is continued to be applied to washed fibers in a water washing system behind the coagulating bath, and finally, the washed fibers are fed into a post-treatment system for continuous and efficient spinning of finished fibers at a speed of 80 to 1000 m/min.

Continuous preparation method of cellulose fibers

The present disclosure discloses a method for preparing cellulose fiber. The method includes the following steps: 1) mixing cellulose pulp with NMMO aqueous solution of a mass concentration of 60%-85%, preferably 70% to 76%, to obtain a uniform mixture; 2) subjecting the obtained uniform mixture to dewatering for swelling, dissolution, and deaerating to obtain a cellulose spinning stock solution; 3) the cellulose spinning stock solution entering into a spinning machine after being filtered and heat exchange, and entering into a coagulation system after carrying out extruding by a spinneret-pack and cooling by air, and then coagulating in a NMMO coagulating bath of a mass concentration of 50% to 72% to obtain nascent fiber; and 4) subjecting the nascent fiber to rinsing to obtain a fiber filament bundle, and then, performing subsequent-section treatment to obtain cellulose fiber.

Method for preparing cellulose fiber

A method of forming a film pattern with micro-pattern and a method of manufacturing a thin film transistor liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD) array substrate are provided. The method of manufacturing the film pattern with micro-pattern comprises: depositing a thin film on a substrate; jetting or dropping etchant on the thin film with a predetermined etching pattern by an inkjet print device; etching the thin film by the etchant; and cleaning the thin film to form a film pattern on the substrate.
