A power tool includes an electric motor; a battery pack for providing a power supply; a switching circuit for outputting a power-on signal or a shutdown signal; a first switching device for controlling a power-on state of the electric motor; a second switching device for driving the electric motor to rotate; and a controller electrically connected to at least the first switching device, the switching circuit, and the second switching device. The controller is configured to, when the power-on signal is detected, control the first switching device and the second switching device to control, in a first working mode, the electric motor to rotate and when the shutdown signal is detected, control the first switching device and the second switching device to control, in a second working mode, the electric motor to rotate.

Power tool and control method therefor

A power tool includes a main body and a battery pack. The main body includes a housing and a motor, a switch assembly, and an electronic control device. The electronic control device is electrically connected to the switch assembly and the motor. The electronic control device includes an electronic control assembly, a mounting base, and a connecting assembly. The electronic control assembly includes a power circuit board. The power circuit board is provided with an opening. The connecting assembly conductively connects the battery pack to the electronic control assembly, connects to the mounting base via the opening, and mates with the mounting base to form a mounting space in which the electronic control assembly is mounted.

A power tool includes a power a motor, a driver circuit, a capacitor, a capacitor switch, a temperature detection unit, and a controller. The capacitor is configured to filter out current spikes in a power supply. The capacitor switch is configured to control a working state of the capacitor. A power tool includes a housing, a brushless motor disposed inside the housing, and a controller. The controller is configured to receive power-off signals and power-on signals. Upon receiving a power-on signal, the controller is further configured to receive a time signal indicative of a time interval from the last power-off signal to the current power-on signal. The controller is further configured to determine whether the time interval is greater than or equal to a first time threshold and less than a second time threshold, and brake the motor before start-up if the time interval is greater than or equal to the first time threshold and less than the second time threshold.

Power tool using brushless motor and method for controlling the same

An electric tool includes a drive structure, a motor, a driver circuit, and a controller. The controller is configured to output a first control signal to control the motor to drive the drive structure to operate in a first operation mode for a preset period of time in response to receiving a start instruction. After the preset period of time, the controller will output a second control signal to control the motor to drive the drive structure to operate in a second operation mode to a preset state. The first operation mode and the second operation mode are two opposite operation modes.

Electric tool and method for controlling startup thereof

A power tool includes a motor and a power supply for supplying power to the motor. A driving circuit is connected to the motor. A voltage detection unit is used for detecting the voltage of the motor. A controller is configured to perform the following operations: if the motor voltage is greater than or equal to a preset voltage, the driving circuit will apply a voltage to the motor with a second slope, wherein the value range of the second slope is from 0 to 0.3. Power tool and control method for the same

A power tool includes a function member, a motor, a driving circuit electrically connected to the motor to drive the motor, and a first control module configured to output a first control signal to the driving circuit. The first control module has a first working state and a first failure state. The first control module outputs a first working signal when the first control module is in the first working state, and outputs a first failure signal when the first control module is in the first failure state. A second control module is electrically connected to the first control module to receive the first working signal or the first failure signal from the first control module. The second control module outputs a second control signal to turn off the motor when the second control module receives the first failure signal from the first control module.

A blower has a fan, a motor, an air duct assembly having an air duct passage with an air inlet and an air outlet where the fan rotates to drive the airflow to enter into the air duct passage from the air inlet and to be exposed out of the air outlet, and an electrostatic neutralization apparatus. The electrostatic neutralization apparatus includes a first conductive end and a second conductive end wherein the first conductive end is located within the air duct passage and close to the fan and the second conductive end is also located within the air duct passage. The electrostatic neutralization apparatus of the blower effectively neutralizes electrostatic charges generated by the fan.

An electrical combination includes a battery pack and a power tool. The battery pack includes two battery pack connectors which are connected with the same electrode of a battery of the battery pack. A circuit of one battery pack connector has a resistance greater than that in another circuit of another battery pack connector. The power tool includes corresponding tool connectors. When the battery pack is connected with the power tool, the power tool is supplied with a small current by the battery pack firstly, and then is supplied with a large current, so the electric spark is eliminated when the terminals of the battery pack contact with the terminals of the power tool.

The printed circuit board assembly has a main board having a conductive portion, a semiconductor power device, and a conductor attached to the conductive portion. The conductive portion electrically connects to the semiconductor power device and the conductor electrically connects to the conductive portion. When current is flowing through the printed circuit board, the heat and the voltage loss generated by the printed circuit board can be reduced.
