The method includes: obtain three-dimensional data of a sampling point, the three-dimensional data of the sampling point is collected by a point cloud sensor carried by a movable platform during a movement of the movable platform; obtain first position and attitude data of the movable platform and/or the point cloud sensor when the sampling point is collected; project the sampling point onto an observation plane according to the three-dimensional data of the sampling point and the first position and attitude data; and generate a point cloud picture according to the sampling point projected onto the observation plane, the point cloud picture is configured to be displayed on a user apparatus of the movable platform.
