An electrical connector assembly includes: a first module including a mounting plate and a plurality of first electrical connectors; a second module including a housing and a plurality of second electrical connectors; wherein the electrical connector assembly has a locking device including at least one first interlocking member disposed on the first module and at least one second interlocking member disposed on the second module, wherein one of the first interlocking member and the second interlocking member is provided with a protrusion, and the other of the first interlocking member and the second interlocking member is provided with a hole for receiving the protrusion, wherein one of the projection and the hole is elastically actuatable so as to lock or unlock the first module and the second module.

Electrical connector assembly

A push-pull coaxial connector includes: an external conductor configured to internally receive the matching external conductor of a mating connector, with concave parts or through holes on the inner surface of the side wall of the external conductor; a sleeve surrounding the external conductor, where the sleeve is able to slide between the front position and rear position along the external conductor and is able to rotate around the circumference of the external conductor. When the sleeve is at the front position, one or more protrusions are staggered away from one or more notches and abutted on the rear surface of the sleeve to prevent the sleeve from moving backward. When the sleeve is at the rear position, one or more protrusions are received in one or more corresponding notches.

Push-pull coaxial connector

The present disclosure relates to a color-coded cable identification assembly and a cable. The cable identification assembly comprises: a support element including a fixing element adapted to fix the support element to a cable; and a plurality of identification elements, which are detachably mounted on the support element with the cable being located between the support element and the plurality of identification elements. Each identification element has a predetermined color so that the plurality of identification elements are capable of forming a predetermined color code to identify the cable. The cable identification assembly according to the present disclosure can be very easily and rapidly mounted to the cable, thereby greatly saving the installation time of workers and thus reducing the labor cost and the chance of making a mistake. Compared with a conventional adhesive tape, the cable identification assembly according to the present disclosure can meet the requirements such as anti-ultraviolet, anti-aging and reuse, thereby further reducing the cost of the cable identification assembly.

Color-coded cable identification assembly and cable

The present disclosure relates to a coaxial connector assembly comprising a first connector and a second connector adapted to be connected with each other, and a locking mechanism adapted to lock and unlock a connection between the first connector and the second connector. The locking mechanism includes a first locking member having at least one elastic snap-fit element and a second locking member having a locking element adapted to be snap-fitly engaged with the at least one elastic snap-fit element. The first locking member is disposed on an outer periphery of the first connector, and the second locking member is disposed on an outer periphery of the second connector. The elastic snap-fit element is constructed as a cantilever that extends axially toward a direction remote from the second connector, so that it is movable between an unlocking position and a locking position along a radial direction. In the unlocking position, the elastic snap-fit element is pressed down, so that the elastic snap-fit element is disengaged from the locking element, and in the locking position, the elastic snap-fit element springs back to its initial state, so that the elastic snap-fit element is snap-fitly engaged with the lock element.

Coaxial and cluster connector assemblies

In a coaxial connector and a board-to-board connector assembly, the coaxial connector includes: a first coaxial connector portion including a first outer conductor, a first inner conductor, and a first dielectric spacer disposed between the first outer conductor and the first inner conductor; a second coaxial connector portion including a second outer conductor, a second inner conductor, and a second dielectric spacer disposed between the second outer conductor and the second inner conductor; and a first elastic element disposed between the first outer conductor of the first coaxial connector portion and the second outer conductor of the second coaxial connector portion. The first elastic element is configured such that the second coaxial connector portion is floatable axially and radially relative to the first coaxial connector portion, and the first elastic element is adapted to form an electrical connection between the first outer conductor and the second outer conductor.

Coaxial connector and board-to-board connector assembly

A coaxial connector comprises an outer conductor, an inner conductor, and a dielectric spacer disposed between the outer conductor and the inner conductor. The outer conductor includes a first outer conductor component and a second outer conductor component configured to be floatable axially and radially relative to the first outer conductor component. The inner conductor includes a first inner conductor component and a second inner conductor component configured to be floatable axially and radially relative to the first inner conductor component. The coaxial connector further includes a first elastic element disposed around an outer circumference of the proximal portion of the second outer conductor component, and a second elastic element disposed in the cavity of the first inner conductor component. The coaxial connector is self-adaptive for the mating, and is particularly suitable for board-to-board connector assemblies and may ensure a high return loss performance and good PIM characteristics.

The present disclosure relates to a ganged coaxial connector assembly. The ganged coaxial connector assembly comprises a male connector including: a male connector body; and a plurality of unit male connectors arranged in the male connector body, wherein each unit male connector is configured as a 2.2-5 male connector interface and includes an inner contact, an outer contact and a dielectric spacer. The ganged coaxial connector assembly further comprises a female connector including: a female connector body; and a plurality of unit female connectors arranged in the female connector body, wherein the number of the unit female connectors is the same as that of the unit male connectors, and each unit female connecter corresponds to each unit male connector when the male connector and female connector are mated. The male connector may include a pair of stop plates and a biasing/sealing member interposed between the stop plates.

Ganged coaxial connector assembly with alternative attachment structures

The present disclosure relates to a coaxial connector and a method for producing an outer contact of the coaxial connector. The coaxial connector comprises a body, an inner contact, an outer contact, and a dielectric spacer. The body may be provided with a through hollow cavity, and the inner contact and the outer contact may be coaxially arranged in the hollow cavity of the body and may be spaced apart radially by the dielectric spacer. The outer contact may be in a shape of thin-wall cylinder and may comprise a plurality of spring fingers. The plurality of spring fingers may be spaced apart circumferentially by a plurality of slots. An end of each spring finger may be provided with a flange, and each flange may extend outwardly in a radial direction and comprises an arc portion and a flat portion. The outer contact with such a structure may provide a good interconnection quality when mating with a corresponding mating connector. The outer contact of the coaxial connector may be formed by stamping a tube, which, compared with prior art method, significantly increases the processing efficiency and reduces material and personnel costs.

Coaxial connector and method for producing the outer contact of the same

A quick-locking male connector includes: an inner contact; an insulator; an outer contact; a spring basket with a plurality of spring fingers; an elastic claw with at least radially-inward one tooth and a radially-outward nub; a connector body attached to the outer contact; and a coupling nut having at least one radially-inward extending nub. The coupling nut is movable between a rear unsecured position, in which the nub of the coupling nut is rearward of the nub of the claw, and a forward secured condition, in which the nub of the coupling nut engages the nub of the claw and forces the at least one tooth of the claw radially inward to engage with a thread of an outer conductor body of a mating female connector. The spring fingers of the spring basket apply radially-outward pressure to the outer conductor body of the mating female connector.

Method of mating a quick-locking coaxial connector

A fixture for testing coaxial connectors for PIM includes: (a) an adapter connector comprising an inner contact; an outer body that circumferentially surrounds and that is spaced from the inner contact, the outer body including an inner ring and an outer ring with a gap therebetween; and a resilient member in electrical contact with the outer body; and (b) a foundation including a fixed sleeve and a biasing member, the biasing member exerting an axial force on the sleeve and the outer body, the biasing member permitting axial and radial adjustment of the outer body and inner contact relative to the sleeve. The gap between the inner and outer rings of the outer body is configured to receive an outer ring of an outer body of a coaxial connector to be tested. The inner ring of the test fixture is located to be radially outward of an inner ring of the outer body of the coaxial connector to be tested. The resilient member is positioned to apply radial pressure to the inner ring of the outer body of coaxial connector to be tested.

Blind-mate PIM testing adapter connector and fixture

The present disclosure discloses a coaxial connector including a female connector and a male connector, which have free ends. The female connector includes: a first inner conductor; a first outer conductor; and a first insulator arranged between the first inner conductor and the first outer conductor. The male connector includes: a second inner conductor, a second outer conductor, and a second insulator for isolating and supporting the second inner conductor and the second outer conductor, arranged between the second inner conductor and the second outer conductor, wherein the first outer conductor includes an inner main body circumferentially surrounding the first insulator, the inner main body includes a resilient finger-shaped element located at the free end of the first outer conductor, and the first outer conductor and the second outer conductor form electrical contact by means of the resilient finger-shaped element, wherein the first insulator extends longitudinally at least as far as the resilient finger-shaped element.

Coaxial connector

A ganged coaxial connector assembly comprises a male connector including: a male connector body; and a plurality of unit male connectors arranged in the male connector body, wherein each unit male connector includes an inner contact, an outer contact and a dielectric spacer. The ganged coaxial connector assembly further comprises a female connector including: a female connector body; and a plurality of unit female connectors arranged in the female connector body, wherein the number of the unit female connectors is the same as that of the unit male connectors, and each unit female connector corresponds to each unit male connector when the male connector and female connector are mated, and wherein each unit female connector includes an inner contact, an outer contact and a dielectric spacer. The female connector may be formed with structures for push-pull, ball and groove attachment or alternatively for threaded sleeve attachment.

An anti-misplug coaxial connector assembly includes a female connector and a male connector. The female connector includes: a first inner conductor provided with an accommodation cavity defining a longitudinal axis; a first outer conductor; and a first insulator arranged between the first inner conductor and the first outer conductor. The male connector includes: a second inner conductor, a second outer conductor, and a second insulator arranged between the second inner conductor and the second outer conductor. The first outer conductor and the second outer conductor form radial contact by means of a resilient finger-shaped element that surrounds the second insulator. The first insulator includes a main body portion circumferentially surrounding the first inner conductor and a shoulder portion protruding outwardly along the radial direction relative to the main body portion so as to engage the first outer conductor.

Anti-misplug coaxial connector assembly

A coaxial bias T-connector includes: first and second coaxial cables; a rear body electrically connected to the first cable outer conductor; a first inner contact positioned within the rear body and electrically connected with the first inner conductor; a front body connected with the rear body and including a forward portion; a second inner contact positioned within the front body and electrically connected with the first inner contact; a spring basket including a plurality of spring fingers and electrically connected with the forward portion of the front body and electrically isolated from the second inner contact, the forward portion of the front body, the spring fingers and the second inner contact forming a 4.3/10 interface; a third inner contact electrically connected with the second cable inner conductor; and a coaxial fitting electrically connected with the front body and with the second cable outer conductor. The third inner contact is in electrical connection with the second inner contact.
