The present invention provides a detection device for sample detection, where the detection device includes a device body and a device cover, the device cover is configured to cover the device body, the device body is spirally connected to the device cover, a signal apparatus is disposed between the device body and the device cover, a completely screwed state exists between the device body and the device cover, and when the device body and the device cover are in the completely screwed state, the signal apparatus makes a sound. The detection device is provided with a two-stage sealing apparatus and the signal apparatus. As the device cover performs covering, a first sealing apparatus first seals the device body and the device cover, and the signal apparatus makes a first sound, to prompt an operator that the detection device has completed primary sealing, which is suitable for short-distance and gentle-vibration transportation after sampling is performed by using the detection device. As the device cover continues performing covering, a second sealing apparatus seals the device body and the device cover again, and the signal apparatus makes a second sound, to prompt the operator that the detection device has completed secondary sealing, and covering no longer needs to be continued.

The present invention provides a sample collection detector, comprising a sampling device, a detecting device and a communicating device, wherein the sampling device has a sampling chamber and a sample feeding rod, the sample feeding rod is inserted into the sampling chamber to finish sampling; the communicating device has a sample feeding channel that is in communication with the sampling chamber and detecting device, a valve assembly is provided between the sample feeding channel and the sampling chamber, the valve assembly is initially closed, the sample feeding channel is separated from the sampling chamber, the sample feeding rod triggers the valve assembly to open and communicate the sample feeding channel and the sampling chamber.

A device used to test the analyte in a liquid sample includes a test chamber used to contain test components, a collecting chamber used to collect liquid sample, a piston chamber between the test chamber and the collecting chamber, a piston and an opening. The piston has two positions in the piston chamber, i.e. the first position and the second position. When the piston is in the first position, liquid can flow between the piston cavity and the collecting chamber through the opening; during the piston's move from the first position to the second position, the opening is sealed by the piston, wherein while the opening is sealed by the piston, the liquid is released from the piston cavity to the test chamber. This device can help to precisely quantify a liquid sample, with higher accuracy in the tests and higher comfort during the operations.

The present invention provides a device for detecting the presence of an analyte in a liquid sample. The device has an opening for introducing the liquid sample into a first chamber for collecting the liquid sample, and a second chamber connected to the first chamber by a passageway and containing a test element. The device also has a third chamber connected to the second chamber by a channel and containing a movable member having first and second positions. The third chamber is divided by the movable member into first and second zones, and the first zone has a vent hole. The present invention is a device for conveniently collecting and storing liquid samples, as well as applying an aliquot of the sample to a test device, such as a lateral flow immunoassay. The present invention comprises an absorbent swab and a dropper container containing an expression means for expressing the collected sample from the swab. After the collected sample has been expressed into the reservoir of the device, the device is capped. The device can be inverted over a test device, the sides of the reservoir squeezed and an aliquot of the sample applied, in a drop-wise manner, to the sample application well of the test device. The present invention is particularly useful for collecting viscous samples, such as saliva or oral fluid, in a drug of abuse testing setting.
