A single layer mutual-capacitive touch panel and a capacitive touchscreen are disclosed, which belong to the field of display technologies. The scanning frequency of a SITO and the accuracy in scanning a touch signal can therefore be improved. The single layer mutual-capacitive touch panel comprises a substrate and a plurality of touch units arranged in an array on the substrate, wherein each of the touch units includes a first sensing electrode for sensing a vertical coordinate of a touch signal, a second sensing electrode for sensing a horizontal coordinate of the touch signal, and a scanning electrode arranged close to the first sensing electrode and the second sensing electrode to form mutual capacitors therewith respectively.

The invention provides a color filter array substrate and a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device. Multiple pixel units arranged in an array are formed on a base of the color filter array substrate, and each pixel unit includes a transparent region and an opaque region located at the periphery of the transparent region, the pixel unit further includes a color filter pattern and a black matrix pattern. The color filter pattern covers the transparent region, and the black matrix pattern directly covers the opaque region in the case of the color filter pattern being not disposed therebelow. Compared with the prior art, the invention can form a thicker black matrix pattern in the opaque region of the pixel unit to thereby prevent the light leakage problem, so that subsequent display quality can be improved.

The present invention discloses a touch panel and an electronic device. The touch panel includes a transparent substrate, a first conductive micropattern and a second conductive micropattern. The first conductive micropattern defines multiple traces in a plurality of first cells. The second conductive micropattern defines multiple traces in a plurality of second cells. The first conductive micropattern covers the second conductive micropattern, and the first cell overlaps the second cell. The first cell, the second cell and a corresponding area of the substrate in them are as a combination cell. An in-cell touch panel and a liquid crystal device are disclosed. The in-cell touch panel includes a first substrate having a plurality of displaying pixels, a second substrate facing toward the first substrate, a liquid crystal layer arranged between the first substrate and the second substrate, a plurality of touching units, and a plurality of sensing areas and driving areas. The displaying pixels include thin film transistors (TFT) and pixel electrodes. The second substrate includes a plurality of color filtering patterns corresponding to the displaying pixels. The touching units are arranged between the TFTs and the first substrate, and are separated from each other. The sensing areas and the driving areas are arranged below the common electrodes. In addition, the sensing areas and the driving area connect to the touching units via the conductive through holes.
