A laser projection apparatus is provided and includes an optical modulating assembly, a vibrating device, a projection lens, and a circuit architecture. The circuit architecture includes an image processing sub-circuit and a display driving sub-circuit. The image processing sub-circuit is configured to perform frame division on image data of an image to be displayed to obtain image signals of a plurality of frames of sub-images to generate a frame division control signal. The display driving sub-circuit is configured to output the image signals of the plurality of frames of sub-images to the optical modulating assembly and output a vibration instruction to the vibrating device based on the output timing of the image signals of the plurality of frames of sub-images, so as to control the vibrating device to perform vibrations, so that the projection beams are output through the vibrating device.

Laser projection apparatus, projection display system, and projection display method

A laser projection display method includes: in an output period for a laser source to output a primary color beam, controlling the laser source to be turned off according to a set rotation switching period, the rotation switching period indicating a moment when the laser source is turned off and a moment when the laser source is turned on; in the rotation switching period, driving micro-mirrors in a digital micro-mirror device to perform rotation switching between an ON state and an OFF state until the moment when the laser source is turned on indicated by the rotation switching period is reached; and when the moment when the laser source is turned on is reached, controlling the laser source to be turned on, and driving the micro-mirrors to rotate to project and display an image to be displayed until a next rotation switching period is reached.

Laser projection display method and laser projection apparatus

A laser projection apparatus includes a main control circuit, a diffusion wheel driving circuit and a temperature sensor. The temperature sensor is electrically connected to the main control circuit, and configured to detect an ambient temperature. The main control circuit is configured to: determine a target starting current according to the ambient temperature; determine a duty cycle of a second startup pulse width modulation signal according to the target starting current, and provide the second startup pulse width modulation signal to the diffusion wheel driving circuit; and output an operating pulse width modulation signal to the diffusion wheel driving circuit when the diffusion wheel reaches a target rotation speed. The target starting current is a minimum drive current required to drive the motor from standstill to starting to rotate. The target rotation speed is a preset speed at which the diffusion wheel operates normally and speckles are eliminated.

A projection apparatus includes a screen, a reel, a projection display structure and a control assembly. The projection display structure is configured to project at least one image to be displayed. Each image to be displayed includes an optical image with content. The screen is configured to display at least one optical image with content in the at least one image to be displayed. The control assembly is connected to the reel and is configured to control the reel to rotate. The reel is further connected to the screen and is configured to drive the screen to move when rotating. The control assembly is further connected to the projection display structure, and the control assembly is further configured to control the projection display structure to project the optical image with content in the image to be displayed onto an unfolded portion of the screen.

Projection apparatus and control method thereof

A projection apparatus includes a detector, a laser source control unit and a laser source unit, and the laser source control unit is connected to the detector and the laser source unit. The detector is configured to obtain a detection signal for indicating whether there is an object to be protected in a laser projection region, and send the detection signal. The laser source control unit is also configured to: receive the detection signal, and send an adjustment signal carrying an adjusted projection parameter to the laser source unit when it is determined that there is the object to be protected in the laser projection region of the laser source unit based on the detection signal. The main control circuit is configured to sequentially output first and second startup PWM signals in response to a startup instruction. Laser projection apparatus and control method thereof

A projection display system includes a control assembly, an optical path changing device, a light source assembly, a digital micromirror device, and a projection lens. The control assembly is configured to determine whether a resolution of an image to be projected is greater than a preset resolution. If the resolution of the image to be projected is greater than the preset resolution, the control assembly divides the image to be projected into N sub-images, wherein N is greater than or equal to 2. For each sub-image: the control assembly is further configured to determine a first signal, a second signal, and a third signal according to the sub-image, send the first signal to the light source assembly, send the second signal to the digital micromirror device, and send the third signal to the optical path changing device. The projection lens is configured to project the N sub-images at different times.

Method and apparatus for controlling a laser projection device

The disclosure provides an automatic adjustment method and device for a color wheel. The method comprises: collecting a first frame image corresponding to an actual projection region; determining a proportion of normal pixels in the first frame image according to pixel information of the first frame image; determining a target correction value of the color wheel and each color switch according to the proportion of normal pixels in the first frame image; and adjusting the coordination parameter of the color wheel and each color switch to the target correction value, wherein the proportion of normal pixels in the image corresponding to the actual projection region obtained by adjusting the coordination parameter of the color wheel and each color switch to the target correction value is within an interval of [a %, 100%]; and the proportion of normal pixels in the first frame image is lower than a %, a % being lower than or equal to 100%.

Embodiments of this disclosure disclose a method for processing a projection image, including: obtaining an image to be projected, with a first resolution; adjusting the resolution of the image to be projected, according to a second resolution supported by a projection display device, to obtain a first image with a third resolution, number of pixels in the row direction of an image with the third resolution is N times number of pixels in the row direction of an image with the second resolution, and number of pixels in the column direction of the image with the third resolution is M times number of pixels in the column direction of the image with the second resolution; dividing the first image into pixel blocks, integrating pixels in the pixel blocks, to obtain a second image and a third image; and projecting the second image and the third image alternately.
