An antenna and its fabrication method, and a display device are provided. The antenna includes a substrate, a radiation electrode, a first dummy electrode, and a feed line. The radiation electrode, the first dummy electrode, and the feed line are disposed on the substrate. The feed line is coupled and connected to the radiation electrode. The first dummy electrode and the radiation electrode are adjacent but not connected to each other. Along a first direction, an orthographic projection of the radiation electrode to a plane where the substrate is located is a first projection, and an orthographic projection of the first dummy electrode to the plane where the substrate is located is a second projection. There is a first interval between the first projection and the second projection; and the first direction is perpendicular to the plane where the substrate is located.

An array substrate includes a plurality of driving units, where each of the plurality of driving units includes a first electrode, a second electrode and at least one thin film transistor; the first electrode and the second electrode are configured to be connected to an anode and a cathode of a light-emitting diode, respectively, such that a vertical projection of the light-emitting diode on the array substrate overlaps with the at least one thin film transistor, and in a light-emitting direction of the light-emitting diode, the at least one thin film transistor is disposed on a backlight side of the light-emitting diode; and each of the plurality of driving units controls the light-emitting diode to be turned on or off according to a driving signal.

The method includes providing the light-emitting panel including a substrate, a plurality of light-emitting units, a control circuit, and a plurality of signal lines. The control circuit includes a data signal input terminal, a data storage unit, and a plurality of first signal terminals. The data storage unit is configured to store a first voltage signal and a first pulse width modulation signal corresponding to a different grayscale value. Each signal line connects a light-emitting unit with a first signal terminal. The method also includes obtaining a to-be-displayed screen, and determining each grayscale value of a corresponding light-emitting unit of the plurality of light-emitting units. Further, the method includes according to different grayscale values, calling the first pulse width modulation signal and the first voltage signal corresponding to each grayscale value in the data storage unit.
