This application discloses a service level configuration methods and apparatuses, and belongs to the field of communications network technologies. According to an example method, a target service level used by a first forwarding node to forward a data flow is directly determined based on a transmission parameter of the data flow and service level information of the first forwarding node, and service level configuration is performed on the first forwarding node. Because a transmission parameter of the target service level of the first forwarding node and the transmission parameter of the data flow meet a first target condition, if the first target condition is a delay requirement required by a special service and the first forwarding node transmits the data flow by using the target service level, transmission of the data flow may meet the delay requirement required by the special service.

A service traffic adjustment method includes a first controller obtaining a first limit value of a traffic parameter and a second limit value of the traffic parameter. Various embodiments of a self-adapted multi-antenna selection technique based on broadband wireless access network for high-speed railway are provided. Compared with conventional techniques, the proposed strategy adaptively pairs antennas of an antenna array associated with a base station in response to the fast-changing distance between the base station and the antenna array on a high-speed train. The proposed technique achieves a channel matrix with full rank and thereby improves the channel capacity. The power-saving unit includes two ceramic piece capacitors, a safe capacitor, an inductor, a SCR, a first resistor, a second resistor, a live wire and a zero line; the two ceramic piece capacitors connected in series as a whole is connected in parallel with the safe capacitor to two terminals of which are connected the anode and the cathode of SCR, respectively; the anode of SCR is also connected to one terminal of the inductor, the branch composed of the first and the second resistors connected in series is connected in parallel so that one terminal of which is connected to one terminal of the inductor and the other is connected to the cathode of SCR; the gate of SCR is connected between the first and the second resistors.
