The present invention takes the advantage of the WLAN resources in hotspots for voice and data connections and enables seamless handover between WWAN and WLAN and vice versa. The present invention provides a wireless network system that enables direct wireless delivery of a multimedia message from a first MMS user agent to a second MMS user agent. The request includes an identification (ID) number of the second MMS user agent.
