A photoelectric hydrogen production energy storage and cold energy recovery coupled dry ice production device and a use method are disclosed. The device comprises a photoelectric conversion liquid hydrogen energy storage unit, photoelectricity participates in electrolysis of water in the storage unit to prepare hydrogen, and surplus hydrogen meeting downstream process requirements is liquefied in the unit; liquid hydrogen is output, so that intermittent photoelectric energy is converted into hydrogen energy to be stored. When hydrogen production through electrolysis of water is insufficient but industrial hydrogen is continuously used, high-grade and low-grade cold energy of low-temperature liquid hydrogen serving as cold sources in the unit is recovered from industrial tail gas purified COand air separation nitrogen, liquid nitrogen and liquid COare output and used for the storage unit and dry ice production respectively, and the liquid hydrogen is reheated and supplied to a downstream process.

Embodiments of the present disclosure can provide a road traffic analysis method and an apparatus. The method can comprise obtaining a traffic parameter of a road intersection by analyzing road traffic information of the road intersection, determining a reference adjustment length for each phase of a traffic signal cycle corresponding to each lane of the road intersection based on the road traffic information and the traffic parameter. The traffic signal cycle has one or more phases. The method can also comprise determining a first adjustment length when a difference between the reference adjustment length and the first adjustment length satisfies a condition associated with the lanes of the road intersection and the corresponding traffic parameter, and adjusting the phases of the traffic light cycle at the road intersection based on the first adjustment length for each phase.
