By simulating the detonation effect and fluid-solid coupling effect, quantitatively testing the internal transverse crack and longitudinal crack propagation size, compressive strength and tensile strength, permeability, blowby pressure, blowby velocity and other parameters of the cement sheath, drawing the relation curve between different perforation distances and the maximum blowby pressure and permeability of the cement sheath, determining the perforation distance Hwhere the blowby of the cement sheath does not occur, determining the perforation distance Hto ensure the sealing of the cement sheath, and using min (H, H), the critical perforation distance that the cement sheath has sufficient strength to prevent blowby and meet the sealing requirements can be determined.

Device for testing strength and sealing performance of cement sheath after perforation and using method thereof

The present disclosure provides an experimental device for simulating the erosion of a tubing string caused by sand production. The experimental device includes an autoclave, a circulating assembly, a power assembly, a monitoring assembly, or a three-phase feeding assembly. The circulating assembly is sealed and arranged in the autoclave, the circulating assembly includes a circulation loop formed by straight pipes and elbows. The power assembly includes a pump arranged on the circulation loop. The monitoring assembly includes a flowmeter and a temperature and pressure sensor for detecting the circulation loop, and the temperature and pressure sensor is communicatively connected with a PC. The three-phase feeding assembly includes a feeding pipe that is in fluid communication with the circulation loop, and the feeding pipe is connected with one or more gas tanks, a sander feeder, and one or more liquid tanks, respectively.

Experimental devices for simulating erosion of tubing strings caused by sand production

A piston pressure device includes a gas concentration-regulating piston pressure device and a high temperature autoclave. In the gas concentration-regulating piston pressure device, the proportion and concentration of corrosive gases can be accurately adjusted, intermediate gases can be stored and filled into the high temperature autoclave according to experimental needs, and an actual corrosion process in oilfield is accurately simulated. Meanwhile, the corrosive gases can be supplemented in real time during the experiment, and dynamic gas distribution in a high-temperature high-pressure corrosion experiment process is realized. The present invention has the advantages as follows: the piston pressure device is resistant to high temperature and high pressure, corrosion-resistant, simple in structure and convenient to operate; the concentration and proportion of the corrosive gases are accurately controlled to be invariable in the high-temperature high-corrosion experiment process; and reliability of high-temperature high-pressure corrosive experimental results is increased.

A rotary fatigue tester with complex loads includes a pump, a first motor, a second motor, a circulatory loop, an experimental kettle body, and a holding device. The experimental kettle body is a cylindrical tank, the circulatory loop is located on the experimental kettle body, a pump is located within the circulatory loop and is connected with a corrosive gas pipeline; the holding device is located within the experimental kettle body for fixing a test piece, a force-bearing pole is located at one side of the experimental kettle body for applying a shear force to the test piece, the holding device and the force-bearing pole are connected with the first motor and the second motor respectively. The rotary fatigue tester is able to simultaneously apply the axial alternating load and tangential alternating load to the test piece, for simulating the force of the test piece under complex loads.
