Disclosed are a fire extinguishing system and method for an ultra-high voltage (UHV) converter station, and a UHV converter station. The fire extinguishing system includes a spray fire extinguishing system and a fire monitor-based fire extinguishing system, where the spray fire extinguishing system includes a first fire pipe and a spray pipe; the fire monitor-based fire extinguishing system includes a second fire pipe and a fire monitor; one fire monitor is disposed right above a firewall on both sides of each converter transformer in the UHV converter station, and each fire monitor is connected to one second fire pipe; a spray pipe is disposed on the firewall on both sides of each converter transformer; and the fire monitor corresponding to each converter transformer, and an outlet of the spray pipe connected to the first fire pipe corresponding to each converter transformer face the converter transformer.

Fire extinguishing system and method for ultra-high voltage (UHV) converter station, and UHV converter station

The present disclosure provides an air mixer for a compressed air foam (CAF) fire-extinguishing system. A foam concentrate and compressed air are respectively transported by a liquid inlet pipe and an air inlet pipe. When the compressed air and the foam concentrate enter a straight pipe through a first tapered pipe, they reach an outlet end of the first tapered pipe through a path narrowing due to different cross-section diameters at two ends of the first tapered pipe, and there is a compression process. Under an action of a high-pressure airflow, the foam concentrate is fully mixed. The mixed foam concentrate reaches a porous plate of the straight pipe and can be mixed secondarily. When the foam concentrate is discharged by a second tapered pipe, a flow path widens and there is a release process.

Air mixer for compressed air foam fire-extinguishing system and fire-extinguishing system

A robot applicable to synchronous patrol of a long branch pipeline and a main pipeline includes a walking apparatus and detection apparatuses located on a top of the walking apparatus, where the detection apparatuses accompany the walking apparatus to patrol the main pipeline. The robot further includes a sub-walking apparatus located at a front end of the walking apparatus, where front wheel obstacle-crossing apparatuses of the walking apparatus are also capable of limiting the sub-walking apparatus while crossing an obstacle in the main pipeline, and when the branch pipeline is encountered, the front wheel obstacle-crossing apparatuses are lifted to a certain height, a bin outlet of the sub-walking apparatus is released, and the sub-walking apparatus is separated from the walking apparatus and independently patrols the branch pipeline.

Robot and patrol method applicable to synchronous patrol of long branch pipeline and main pipeline

An operation control method suitable for a fire extinguishing system of an extra-high voltage converter station is provided. The method includes: after an upper computer control system receives a sound-light alarm signal, an alarm position signal, and a switch position dividing signal, starting a spray range prediction analysis subsystem for a fixed fire monitor; determining, by the spray range prediction analysis subsystem for the fixed fire monitor based on an external wind direction and an external wind speed, whether a range of a fire monitor effectively covers an entire area of a converter transformer; and if yes, automatically presetting a first fire monitor to which a first compressed air foam generation subsystem belongs and a second fire monitor to which a second compressed air foam generation subsystem belongs; or if no, replacing a fire monitor with a mobile fire-fighting robot to extinguish a fire.

Operation control method suitable for fire extinguishing system of extra-high voltage converter station

A cable trench inspection robot. The cable trench inspection robot includes a base spreading system, and a camera lifting system disposed on the base spreading system, where the base spreading system includes a base plate, a linear action unit, a cantilever plate, a walking assembly, and a jacking assembly, and the camera lifting system includes a travel block, an imitated four-bar assembly, a support rod, and a camera assembly. Such inspection can realize a through-wall operation by using a cable trench, thereby avoiding many use problems caused by a firewall, and efficiently completing a predetermined inspection task.
