The present disclosure discloses an organic silicon nano-precursor medium transmission inhibitor and its preparation method and use. The organic silicon nano-precursor medium transmission inhibitor is composed of an organic silicon and its derivatives, a catalyst, a dispersant, a stabilizer, a surfactant, and water. The organic silicon nano-precursor medium transmission inhibitor in-situ generates nanoparticles during a hydration process. The nanoparticles not only have a hydrophobic function, but also can effectively fill the pores of the concrete, which effectively solves a problem in which a hydrophobic material in a state of full water cannot reduce the diffusion of an erosive medium. The problems such as uneven dispersion and poor stability of nanoparticles added can be effectively solved by in-situ generating the nanoparticles, thereby effectively improving the ion corrosion resistance performance of the concrete.

The polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent prepared by the invention has an adsorption group density that can be automatically adjusted with the change of ambient temperature, and thereby shows similar dispersing capability and dispersion retention capability at different ambient temperatures, demonstrating high adaptability to different ambient temperatures. The present invention discloses a multitype-adsorptive-group polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent, consisting of 30-60 wt % of a macromolecule with multitype-adsorptive groups and water, the macromolecule with multitype-adsorptive groups has a polyethylene glycol side chain, and adsorption groups of the polymer backbone include a carboxylic acid group, a sulfonic acid group and a phosphoric acid group, the phosphoric acid group being linked to the backbone of the macromolecule with multitype-adsorptive groups by nucleophilic addition. The water-reducing agent of the present invention has significantly improved adaptability to different cements and aggregates while maintaining a high water reduction efficiency, compared with the conventional polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent agent. It has a good water reducing efficiency in many different grades of cement, as well as a better resistance to aggregates containing more impurities such as machine-made sand.

The calcium-magnesium composite expanding agent is prepared by using the foregoing light magnesium oxide and calcium oxide. On the one hand, the present invention solves the problem of the limited origin of the light magnesium oxide raw material of the magnesium expanding component in the calcium-magnesium composite expanding agent.

By preparing a block polymer using arylalkane as a main chain and using a phosphonic acid or phosphinic acid functional group as an adsorption group, the invention improves the resistance of the block polymer to sulfate and clay interference, and can achieve initial high dispersion of concrete with a low water-cement ratio and decreasing of the system viscosity.

The present invention discloses a method for preparing a concrete superplasticizer having a phosphorous acid group and a use of the concrete superplasticizer. The concrete superplasticizer having a phosphorous acid group according to the present invention is prepared by free radical copolymerization of a phosphorous-containing monomer A and a polyether macromonomer B. The concrete superplasticizer having a phosphorous acid group obtained in the present invention can effectively improve flowability of concrete and can retain good workability of concrete. The method is simple, economical and effective, and in particular, can be used for commercial mass production.

In the time period after the final setting of the cement-based material until the 1 d stage of adding water and forming, the dew-point temperature inside the cement-based material is tested, and then the relative humidity inside the cement-based material is calculated using a formula. The present invention can test the change in humidity of the cement-based material after the final setting until the Id stage of adding water, so as to reflect the internal water consumption therein and the self-drying course. Further provided is a multi-stage test method for the whole course, capable of testing the whole course of continuous reduction in relative humidity from an initial 100%, in sealed conditions, starting with adding water and formation of the cement-based material, so as to provide a theoretical foundation for the quantitative calculation of the self-drying and shrinking thereof.
