This application provides a data transmission method, a base station, a local breakout controller, a gateway, and a system. The data transmission method includes: receiving, by a base station, LBO service data sent by user equipment, where the LBO service data carries information about an IP address of a first server; receiving, by the base station, a first message sent by an LBO controller, where the first message includes information about a correspondence between the IP address of the first server and an IP address of a gateway, and the gateway is a gateway that forwards the LBO service data to the first server; and sending, by the base station, the LBO service data to the gateway.

Apparatus and method for performing local breakout service on use requipment

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a clipping method and an apparatus. The clipping apparatus is a base station, and the base station includes a baseband unit (BBU) and a remote radio unit (RRU). The BBU includes a first processor, and the RRU includes a second processor. The first processor is configured to: perform clipping after combining N input carriers, and output N carriers obtained after a first level of clipping; and the second processor is configured to: perform clipping after combining the N carriers obtained after the first level of clipping, and output N carriers obtained after a second level of clipping, where N is an integer greater than or equal to 2. The base station separately performs clipping at the BBU and the RRU, so that the base station can flexibly select, a baseband processing board or a baseband chip to deploy the first level of clipping.

Clipping method and apparatus

The present invention discloses a class of mercaptonicotinic acid compound and preparation method and use thereof; the general structural formula of the compound is as shown in Formula I. Experiment demonstrates that the mercaptonicotinic acid compound could inhibit activity of botulinum toxin endopeptidase and tetanus toxin endopeptidase in vitro, which has a significant protective effect on botulinum toxin poisoning in mice, and can be used for preparing medicine intended to prevent and/or treat botulism, as well as to prevent botulinum toxin exposure and tetanus.
