The present disclosure discloses a magnetic flexible tactile sensor structure based on a folding magnetization method, which comprises a flexible body containing a permanent magnetic material; the flexible body has a negative Poisson's ratio structure, and its set area has undergone folding magnetization treatment. The present disclosure also discloses a sensor composed of the above-mentioned sensing structure. The sensor provided by the present disclosure can be applied in sealed and wireless scenarios. The present disclosure can detect the size and position of force. The flexible sensor has broad prospects in the application of the touch skin of robots. The function between the magnetic field-based sensing magnet and the Hall element is contactless. In some cases where it is difficult to establish isolation of the connection lines, it can also be used as an unfettered tactile sensor.

Magnetic flexible tactile sensing structure and application based on folding magnetization method

A sample to be measured is placed in a medium solution between two circular magnets to ensure that the sample to be measured is levitated in a set circular area between the two circular magnets, and a levitation position of the sample to be measured in the magnetic field is measured. The density of the sample is calculated according to formula (I): Compared to the prior art, the method of the present disclosure provides a novel method for measuring a density of a substance, in which the involved device is easy to operate and has low cost, and the measurement results are easy to observe and have high accuracy.

Method for measuring densities based on circular magnetic levitation

The present invention discloses a model-free optimization method of process parameters of injection molding to solve the problems of frequent tests required and performing adaptive adjustment on different parameters in the existing optimization method. The method need not build a surrogate model between a product quality index and a process parameter to render the process parameter to converge nearby the optimal solution by an on-line iteration method. The present invention calculates the gradient direction of a current point by an iterative gradient estimation method, and uses adaptive moment estimation algorithm to allocate an adaptive step for each parameter. The method can significantly reduce the cost and time required in the process parameter, which greatly helps improving the optimization efficiency of process parameters of injection molding.

Model-free optimization method of process parameters of injection molding

The present disclosure discloses a method for on-line measurement of the polymer melt temperature, comprising: on-line measurement of ultrasonic sound velocity c of melt in an injection molding process, on-line measurement of melt pressure P in the injection molding process, and obtaining melt temperature T in the injection molding process by formula (1). The present disclosure also discloses an apparatus for on-line measurement of the polymer melt temperature. The method and the apparatus provided in the present disclosure may enable on-line and in-situ characterization of the melt density and further enable on-line quantitative measurement of the melt quality. Compared with infrared measurement methods, the method provided herein is significantly reduced in cost, which is of great significance to theoretical researches of crystallization process and shear heating.

Method for on-line measurement of polymer melt temperature and apparatus thereof

A control method for digital light processing (DLP) printing based on an absorbance of a photocurable material includes: adding a light absorber to a photocurable material for DLP printing, measuring a liquid absorbance and a solid absorbance per unit thickness of the photocurable material at different concentrations of the light absorber, calculating an actual solid-liquid absorbance ratio, and comparing the ratio with a theoretically predicted value of a solid-liquid absorbance ratio to obtain an actual concentration of the light absorber in the photocurable material; measuring a curing threshold time of the photocurable material, substituting the solid absorbance per unit thickness, the liquid absorbance per unit thickness and the curing threshold time into a single-layer curing model to obtain a relationship between an exposure time tand a curing thickness H; this method can accurately obtain the exposure time corresponding to the thickness of any material that needs to be printed.

Control method for digital light processing (DLP) printing based on absorbance of photocurable material

The present invention discloses a ultrasonic method for indirectly measuring a pressure of a cavity of an injection molding machine, comprising: emitting ultrasonic wave to each pull rod along an axial direction of the pull rod respectively at the same time, detecting an ultrasonic wave echo time difference of each pull rod, and obtaining an average pressure inside a cavity of the injection molding machine. By the detection method and detection device of the present invention, the pressure inside the cavity may be detected in a certain state, the pressure inside the cavity in the injection molding process may be detected in real time, and the detection process is simple and the accuracy is high.

Ultrasonic method and device for indirectly measuring cavity pressure of injection molding machine

The present invention has disclosed a 3D printing method, comprising the following steps: (1) importing a model to be printed into the printing area; (2) a support unit in arrayed arrangement is provided at the lower part of the printing area; dividing the printing area where the model is located into supporting divisions in corresponding quantity according to arrangement of the support unit; (3) traversing each supporting division to obtain the lowest point on the model in the supporting division; set the target height value of each supporting unit; the target height value shall be no more than the height value of the lowest point; (4) hierarchically slicing of the model and establishment of hierarchical relationship to obtain a series of 2D contour lines in reference to intersection of plane with the model according to layer height; (5) proceeding with treatment of the supporting structure according to target height value of the supporting unit to deduct substituted part of supporting unit in the supporting structure; (6) defining runtime of supporting unit and velocity as required to reach the target height according to the time as required by the printer nozzle to reach the position of target height value of the supporting unit so as to make the printer nozzle and supporting unit top to reach the target height simultaneously; (7) controlling the operation of printer and supporting unit to complete printing of physical model according to calculations.
