A display module, a manufacturing method of the display module, and a spliced module are provided. The display module includes a middle frame, a plurality of planarization layers, and a display panel. A plurality of accommodating grooves are formed on a surface of the middle frame, and the planarization layers are respectively disposed in the accommodating grooves. Supporting surfaces of the planarization layers are coplanar. The display panel is disposed on the supporting surfaces of the planarization layers by a plurality of bonding adhesives. Since the planarization layers are formed by a leveling processing, the planarization layer has good surface flatness.

The present invention can increase a brightness viewing angle to reach 120 degrees. Besides, the light conversion film has a higher light excitation efficiency, capable of decreasing the color temperature of the backlight module, and enhances the display effect.

A liquid crystal device and the backlight module thereof are disclosed. The backlight module includes a back plate, at least one optical film, a plurality of optical fibers, and a reflector. The optical fibers are arranged to configure at least one light bar of the backlight module. The optical film and the back plate are spaced apart and opposite to each other to define a chamber for the light beams to be transmitted. The optical fibers positioned by the reflector are located at one lateral side of the chamber such that each of the optical fibers and the back plate form a predetermined inclined angle. In addition, the reflector is arranged at light-emitting locations of the optical fibers so as to adjust an emitting angle of the light beams entering the chamber. The back plate reflects the light beams irradiated on the back plate back to the optical film. The uniformity of the transmitted and mixed light beams is guaranteed when the backlight module is adopted in large-scale LCD.

The present disclosure relates to a backlight module and a liquid crystal device. The backlight module includes a LED light source and a lens bar. The LED light source is arranged on the LED substrate and includes a plurality of LED lamps encapsulated by CSP. The lens bar is arranged in the front of the LED light source and includes a plurality of chambers. Internal walls of the chambers are parabola-shaped curved surfaces. Each of the LED lamps is arranged in a rim of a focal point formed by the parabola-shaped curved surface such that the curved surface above the LED lamps is symmetrical to that below the LED lamps. With such configuration, the LED light source encapsulated by the CSP may be incorporated in edge-type BLU so as to avoid the optical leakage issue.
