A driving method of touch panels is disclosed. The touch panel includes gate lines and data lines intersecting with each other, and at least one switch component arranged at intersections of the gate lines and the data lines, and the switch component connects to the gate line and the data line. During a touch scanning phase, when a touch scanning voltage is applied to a gate line, a gate turn-off voltage of the gate line oscillates together with the touch scanning voltage at the same amplitude and frequency to prevent the switch component from being turned on during the touch scanning phase. In addition, the touch panel and the touch display driven by the driving method are disclosed.

A mutual capacitive embedded touch panel is provided. The touch panel includes multiple touch units, each is formed by a pixel electrode layer, a first intermediate layer, a second intermediate layer, a common electrode layer, a third intermediate layer and a thin-film transistor array, wherein, the common electrode layer of each touch unit can be divided into a driving region, a first floating region, a second floating region, a first shielding region and a second shielding region; two opposite sides of the driving region respectively form the first and the second shielding regions; the first and the second floating regions are respectively formed at sides of the first second shielding regions away from the driving region. Accordingly, capacitance at the junction portion is similar with capacitance of the scanning line at the non-junction portion in to avoid generating obvious stripes at the junction portion of two adjacent touch units.

The touch display device comprises an array of common electrodes and a plurality of address lines, each of the common electrodes being connected to a drive circuit through an address line respectively. The disclosure is related to an array substrate having a touch function and a display device. The display device comprises a plurality of touch electrodes arranged in an array, a plurality of pixel electrodes, a plurality of scan lines, and a plurality of data lines. The scan lines and the data lines intersect with each other to define pixel regions on the display device. Each of the pixel electrodes is arranged in the corresponding pixel region and electrically connects to the corresponding scan line and the corresponding data line. Each touch electrode corresponds to at least one pixel region; at least an opening portion is formed at the overlapping regions between each of the touch electrode and at least one of the scan lines and the data line to reduce the coupling capacitance. With adding the charge control thin film transistor (T) in the pixel driving circuit and according to the positive, negative voltages provided by the data line, the high, low voltage levels and pulse widths of the clock signal (CK) provided to the gate of the charge control thin film transistor (T) are adjusted to control the times of respectively charging the pixels of two adjacent column with the positive, negative voltages, which can balance the charge effects of the pixels of two adjacent column with the positive, negative voltages to compensate the charge difference to the pixels of two adjacent columns caused by the positive, negative voltages for making the frame display effect uniform.

An in-cell touch liquid crystal panel and the array substrate are disclosed. The array substrate includes a glass substrate and a TFT, a common electrode layer, and a pixel electrode formed on the glass substrate. The common electrode layer includes a plurality of bar-shaped touch driving electrodes insulated from each other. Each of the touch driving electrodes includes a plurality of suspended electrodes. A second insulation layer and a metal wiring layer are arranged between the common electrode layer and the passivation layer in sequence. A touch display panel and a touch display device are disclosed, and the touch display panel includes a color filter substrate, an array substrate, a liquid crystal layer, a thin film transistor array layer, a common electrode layer, a sensing layer and a pixel electrode layer. The thin film transistor array layer, the common electrode layer, the sensing layer and the pixel electrode layer are separated from each other through a dielectric layer, respectively. The touch display panel and the touch display device have a simpler production process and a higher yield rate.
