A magnetic element includes at least one first air gap. A first portion of the first air gap is arranged between the first projection line and the second projection line. A second portion of the first air gap is beyond the region between the third projection line and the fourth projection line. Due to the air gap, the dielectric constant between the first end part of the winding and the magnetic leg and the dielectric constant between the second end part of the winding and the magnetic leg are reduced. Moreover, the electric field distribution of the first end part and the second end part will be more uniform, and the partial discharge extinction voltage will be increased. The volume and the cost of the magnetic element are both reduced. In addition, the equalizing rings are not required. Consequently, the fabricating process of the magnetic element is simplified.

Magnetic element

A power module of a medium-high-voltage isolated converter is disclosed. The power module includes a first circuit, a second circuit, a transformer and a shielding structure. A potential of the first circuit is greater than a potential of the second circuit. The transformer includes a first leading wire electrically connected to the first circuit, and a second leading wire electrically connected to the second circuit. The shielding structure is disposed between the transformer and the second circuit. The second leading wire is electrically connected between the transformer and the second circuit through the shielding structure, and the shielding structure is maintained at a constant potential.

Power module of isolated converter

An electrical system includes a first conduction terminal, a second conduction terminal, N power units and N supporting devices. The N power units are electrically connected between the first conduction terminal and the second conduction terminal in series, and N is an integer greater than or equal to 2. Each of the N supporting devices includes a conductive part and a support part. Each of the N power units is disposed on the corresponding conductive part. The conductive part is electrically connected with a power terminal of one of the N power units or electrically connected with a reference potential of the electrical system. The support part is connected between the corresponding conductive part and a ground potential.

Electrical system and supporting device thereof

The disclosure discloses a method and device for detecting insulation state in a conversion system, wherein the conversion system includes an excitation source, a converter having an input end coupled to the excitation source, a connection element coupled between an output end of the converter and a reference point, and a coupling impedance having a first end coupled to the excitation source and a second end coupled to the reference point, the method for detecting insulation state including steps of: S, controlling at least one main power switch of the converter not to switch; S, detecting a pulse current signal of the connection element; and S, processing the pulse current signal and outputting a partial discharge information, the partial discharge information indicating an insulation state of an isolating transformer in the converter. The disclosure can overcome electromagnetic interference of high frequency steep waves on a partial discharge signal.

Method and device for detecting insulation state in conversion system

A potting box for assembling a transformer comprises an inner wall and an outer wall. The inner wall is sleeved in the outer wall. A bottom plate connected to a bottom portion of the inner wall and a bottom portion of the outer wall to form a potting space for accommodating a first winding and a second winding. An inner side of the outer wall comprises a first support portion for supporting the first winding and an outer side of the inner wall comprises a second support portion for supporting the second winding. An iron core of the transformer penetrates through an inner side of the inner wall.

Potting box and transformer

A transformer comprises an iron core, a support module, a winding unit, a potting box. The potting box includes an inner wall, an outer wall and a bottom plate and the inner wall is sleeved in the outer wall. The bottom plate is connected to a bottom portion of the inner wall and a bottom portion of the outer wall and a potting space is defined by the outer wall, the inner wall and the bottom plate. The winding unit is disposed in the potting space and a magnetic pole of the iron core penetrates through an inner side of the inner wall of the potting box. The support module is disposed between at least one end surface of the potting box and a cover of the iron core to form an insulation clearance. The support module is close to the inner wall of the potting box.

Transformer

A transformer comprises at least two windings and each of the at least two windings includes at least one lead-out wire, and a silicone rubber heat-shrinkable sleeve is wrapped around the outer surface of the lead-out wire. The at least two windings and a portion of the silicone rubber heat-shrinkable sleeve are encapsulated in a potting box with a first potting sealant, and another portion of the silicone rubber heat-shrinkable sleeve is exposed outside of the potting box.

Transformer and assembling method thereof

A transformer includes a magnetic core, a first winding and at least one second winding. The magnetic core has a window through which the first winding passes through without contacting the magnetic core. The second winding passes through the window of the magnetic core and is wound on the magnetic core. The second winding has a distance from the first winding, and the second winding has a first insulating part disposed on an outer surface of the second winding facing the first winding.

A transformer includes a magnetic core, a first winding and at least one second winding. The magnetic core has a window through which the first winding passes through without contacting the magnetic core. The second winding passes through the window of the magnetic core and is wound on the magnetic core. The second winding has a distance from the first winding, and a semi-conductive part is disposed between the second winding and the magnetic core. The present disclosure can effectively lower the risk of partial discharge between the second winding and the magnetic core, and thus the transformer of the present disclosure has high reliability.

A magnetic assembly includes a magnetic core and a winding. The magnetic core comprises an upper cover, a lower cover and at least one core column provided between the upper cover and the lower cover, the core column presents a prismatic shape and has at least two lateral surfaces, the lateral surfaces intersect with each other to form at least two longitudinal ridges, and the longitudinal ridge extends along the longitudinal direction of the core column. The winding, winding around the core column, a first semi-conductive component is provided between the core column and the winding at the position corresponding to the longitudinal ridge.
