The method includes receiving a positioning measurement reporting request message sent by a location management function (LMF); and reporting at least one positioning measurement value to the LMF on the basis of the positioning measurement reporting request message, and the at least one positioning measurement value includes at least one carrier phase measurement value. By means of the embodiments of the present application, the reporting of a carrier phase measurement value is realized, carrier phase positioning is supported, and the positioning precision is improved.

The capability reporting method includes: reporting, by a terminal, proactively or in response to a request of a positioning server, a positioning signal processing capability for a period of discontinuous reception to a base station serving the terminal and/or to the positioning server. After allocating resources to the terminal according to the positioning signal processing capability for the period of discontinuous reception, the base station configures and sends to the terminal an indication indicating whether processing of a positioning reference signal is allowed during the period of discontinuous reception. A positioning server selects a positioning method for the terminal according to positioning service quality of service requirements and the positioning signal processing capability for the period of discontinuous reception.

The present disclosure provides a capability obtaining method, a capability sending method, a positioning server, and a device. The capability obtaining method is applied to the positioning server and includes: obtaining integrity capability information sent by a first device; wherein the integrity capability information is used for assisting the positioning server in performing a positioning operation, and the first device is a terminal or an access network side node; wherein the integrity capability information is used for indicating at least one of the following: a capability to support an integrity; a capability to support monitoring the integrity of a target object, indicating that the first device is capable of monitoring the integrity of the target object; or a capability to support a first-device-based integrity application of the target object.

The method includes: obtaining first quality indication information according to first measurement metrics; reporting the first quality indication information; wherein, the first quality indication information includes at least one of following: indication information of carrier phase continuity, indication information of half cycle ambiguity, indication information of an error indication value, indication information of an error resolution, indication information of a carrier signal quality, indication information of a quantity of error sampling points, and indication information of a measurement confidence level.
