A beverage dispensing assembly may include a dispenser body, one or more flanges, a brew module, and a water delivery system. The dispenser body may define a dispenser recess. The flanges may extend from and below an upper wall. The brew module may be selectively installed within the dispenser recess and define a brew chamber therein. The brew module may include one or more rails movably received on the one or more flanges to support the brew module within the dispenser recess. The water delivery system may be mounted to the dispenser body in selective engagement with the brew module. The water delivery system may include a delivery nozzle and a biasing spring. The delivery nozzle may be slidably attached to the upper wall and axially slidable between a lowered position and an elevated position. The biasing spring may motivate the delivery nozzle toward the lowered position.

Beverage dispensing assembly for an appliance

A free-standing appliance may include a cabinet, a water source, an icemaker, an ice bin, a cold water line, and one or more other features. The icemaker may be mounted within the cabinet downstream from the water source to receive water therefrom. The ice bin may be disposed within the cabinet downstream from the icemaker to receive ice therefrom. The cold water line may be mounted to the cabinet and define a cold water outlet downstream from the water source in fluid isolation from the icemaker.

The ejector may be rotatably disposed above the first cube profile and the second cube profile to motivate ice from the first and second compartments.

The ice bucket may further define an outlet opening having a first portion in fluid communication with the first chamber and a second portion in fluid communication with the second chamber. The first position may include the shutter covering the second portion and spaced apart from the first portion. The second position may include the shutter covering the first portion and spaced apart from the second portion.

The plurality of mounting pockets are distributed along a vertical direction at the dispensing recess. A fluid conduit is disposed within the casing. An outlet of the fluid conduit is disposed above the dispensing recess of the casing. A drip tray is mountable to the casing at each of the plurality of mounting pockets. A plurality of sensors is disposed within the casing. Each of the plurality of sensors is positioned at a respective one of the plurality of mounting pockets. A controller is configured to operate the evaporator fan when the compressor is off in order to increase the temperature of the temperature controlled drawer. Additionally, or alternatively, a secondary fan may be attached to the temperature controlled drawer and may be selectively operated by the controller to circulate air from the chilled chamber through the temperature controlled drawer. In this manner, the temperature of the temperature controlled drawer may be more precisely controlled regardless of whether the compressor is running.

The refrigeration system further includes a conduit for flowing the refrigerant through one of the first evaporator or the second evaporator, the conduit configured around the other of the first evaporator or the second evaporator such that heat exchange occurs between the refrigerant flowing through the conduit and the other of the first evaporator or the second evaporator.
