A liquid cooling heat dissipation structure and a gearbox casing that includes heat dissipation structure are disclosed. The heat dissipation structure includes a coolant tank and a cover plate that is used to seal the coolant tank. Two ends of the coolant tank are respectively provided with a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet. The coolant tank is provided therein with a plurality of fixed guide ribs that are arranged alternately and at intervals to form a continuous S-shaped or maze shaped channel for the coolant to flow through. The suspended guide ribs are further provided between the fixed guide ribs or between a fixed guide rib and an inner wall of the coolant tank.

Liquid cooling heat dissipation structure and gearbox housing

A power shaft structure of an electric drive assembly is disclosed. The power shaft structure comprises a main shaft, a right end of the main shaft is located inside a motor and fixedly connected to a rotor of the motor, and a left end of the main shaft is located inside a reducer and fixedly connected to a driving gear and a parking gear of the reducer. At least one side of the driving gear is provided with an axially extending flange, and at least one side of the parking gear is provided with an axially extending flange. A bushing is provided between an inner hole of one flange at one side of the driving gear and the main shaft as well as between an inner hole of one flange at one side of the parking gear and the main shaft for radial positioning of the driving gear and the parking gear, so that the driving gear, the parking gear, and the main shaft are on the same axis, thereby improving the stability and NVH performance of the electric drive assembly.

A dual-motor drive assembly and a vehicle are disclosed. The dual-motor drive assembly comprises a first motor and a second motor arranged coaxially, a first gear transmission, a second gear transmission, and one or more idle gear pairs. The first gear transmission is driven by the first motor, and the second gear transmission is driven by the second motor. The idle gear pairs are respectively arranged in the first gear transmission and the second gear transmission and are configured to increase a distance between an output shaft of the first motor and an end shaft of the first gear transmission.

Dual-motor driving system assembly and vehicle

A reducer housing and an electric drive assembly are disclosed. A liquid cooled heat dissipation structure is provided at a bottom of the reducer housing and/or on a side wall thereof through which lubricating oil flows. The heat dissipation structure includes a coolant tank and a cover plate that seals the coolant tank. Two ends of the coolant tank are respectively provided with a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet. Convex structures and concave structures are alternately provided on the bottom of coolant tank so that inner and outer sides of the bottom of the coolant tank are in a wavy shape to increase a contact area between the coolant tank and the lubricating oil inside the reducer housing.

Bidirectional electromagnetic clutch and gear shifting device

An electric drive assembly with oil/water dual cooling is provided that includes a motor module, a gearbox module, a water cooling module and an oil cooling module. Lubricating oil is introduced into the front and rear windings of the motor through three oil conveying passages to improve the cooling performance of the motor. Moreover, the gearbox cavity and the motor cavity do not need to be sealed, which avoids the use of high-speed oil seal of motor shaft, and thus the cost of the drive assembly is reduced and the transmission efficiency is improved. The cooling fluid of the motor cools the lubricating oil through the heat exchanger of the gearbox, thereby solving the heat dissipation problem when the gearbox of the new energy vehicle operates at high speed constantly, and thus improving the service life and reliability of the gear and bearing.

An inductive position sensor, may include a movable part which is a magnetic conductor, and an induction coil assembly adjacent to the movable part. The induction coil assembly and the movable part form a magnetic circuit, the induction coil assembly has an input end for inputting a current and an output end for outputting a feedback current, and the inductive position sensor is used to detect a position of the movable part based on a relationship between the feedback current and the input current. The inductive position sensor has a flexible and compact structural design, and can be adjusted and arranged according to different applications and structural spaces, so it is applicable to a wide range of environments. An electromagnetic clutch is also disclosed.

Inductive position sensor and electromagnetic clutch

A bistable electromagnetic clutch is provided that includes a first part, a second part and an spring part. The first part includes a yoke with a plurality of iron cores, and an electromagnetic coil on each of the iron cores. The second part includes a moving carrier disc and a magnetic conductive disc that is fixed on a side of the moving carrier disc that is away from the yoke. Several magnets are fixed on the moving carrier disc, and the iron cores and the magnets are provided in a correspondence relation. The spring part is configured to keep the moving carrier disc and the yoke in normally separated positions. Two adjacent electromagnetic coils form a group, two electromagnetic coils in a same group are wound to form a group of windings with identical magnetic polarities, and corresponding two magnets form a group of magnetomotive forces with identical magnetic polarities.

Bistable electromagnetic clutch

A gearbox casing is provided in which a bottom part or a side part of the gearbox casing has a number of first coolant tanks. The gearbox casing above a bottom part of the first coolant tanks is provided therein with a lubricating liquid, and the first coolant tanks are used to cool the lubricating liquid. A first coolant tank is provided therein with a number of parallel partition walls, by which the first coolant tank is separated into at least two communicated sub-tanks that are provided with first fixed guide ribs and first suspended guide ribs to divide the coolant.

Transmission housing

A differential lock and parking structure is provided for a dual power source driving speed reducer, that includes first and second shafts, a differential lock mechanism, and a parking mechanism. The first and second shafts are connected to dual power sources, respectively; the differential lock mechanism and the parking mechanism are provided at the tail ends of the first and second shafts; and the differential lock mechanism includes a movable chainring assembly, a fixed chainring assembly, and a fixed armature assembly. The parking mechanism includes a parking gear integrated with a fixed chainring, a pawl assembly, and a parking cam assembly that drives the pawl assembly to realize the conversion between parking-in and parking-out.

Differential lock and parking structure for dual power source driving speed reducer

A monostable electromagnetic clutch is disclosed, which comprises a movable member, a magnetic assembly, a fixed disc, and a plurality of iron cores, wherein the magnetic assembly is connected to the fixed disc, the iron cores cross through the magnetic assembly and are connected to the fixed disc, the movable member is provided thereon with an spring member, and under an action of an electromagnetic force of the magnetic assembly and an spring force of the spring member, the movable member can reciprocate at a side of the magnetic assembly to keep the movable member and the iron cores in an engaged state or a disengaged state. The structural design of the present disclosure is flexible and compact, and can be combined in a different way according to different applications and different structural spaces. The electromagnetic clutch basic units can be used separately, or a plurality of electromagnetic clutch basic units can be combined freely, and after combination, they can be freely arranged in a variety of installation positions and spaces as required, and the use of space can be fully optimized.

Monostable electromagnetic clutch

A hybrid power system comprises an engine, a motor, an electromagnetic clutch, an electromagnetic clutch controller and a power supply system. The power supply system comprises: a low-voltage battery, a standby power supply system and a switching circuit. The electromagnetic clutch is used to control connection of the motor. A control method comprises: monitoring whether a voltage of the low-voltage battery is lower than a target value, and judging whether the low-voltage battery fails; using the switching circuit to switch to the standby power supply system to supply power to the electromagnetic clutch and the electromagnetic clutch controller; using the electromagnetic clutch controller to judge an engaged or disengaged state of the electromagnetic clutch; and further controlling the electromagnetic clutch according to the engaged or disengaged state. When the low-voltage battery power supply fails, the switching circuit switches to the standby power supply system to supply power.

An electronic parking mechanism that includes a parking cam assembly, a pawl assembly and a parking gear. The pawl assembly includes a pawl and a pawl shaft, an upper part of the pawl contacts the parking cam, the pawl shaft is provided on a side of the pawl that can rotate around the pawl shaft.

Electronic parking brake mechanism

An electromagnetic clutch is provide that includes a fixed component, a driven component and an elastic component. The fixed component includes a magnetic yoke provided thereon with multiple iron cores, and each iron core is provided thereon with a coil. The driven component includes an armature disc provided thereon with multiple magnets. The armature disc and the magnetic yoke are disposed correspondingly, and the iron cores and the magnets are disposed correspondingly. The elastic component is used to keep the armature disc at a disengaged position from magnetic yoke. When the coil is energized in a forward direction, the iron core attracts the magnet and when the coil is energized in a reverse direction, the iron core generates an electromagnetic force to reduce an attractive force of the magnet.
