A method and device are provided for diagnosing a weighing system. In the method, the weighing system acquires an intrinsic parameter, a status parameter, and an operating parameter of various components of the weighing system, environmental parameters of the weighing system application, and communication data and interaction data among all the components. A first-level prompt is sent when the status of any of the components is abnormal, such that the system stops operating. A second-level prompt is sent when the status of each of the components is normal and the service life status of at least one of the components reaches a preset threshold. A third-level prompt is sent when the status of each of the components is normal and a system performance abnormality event is identified for the performance status of the system. A fourth-level prompt is sent when the status of each of the components is normal.

Method and device for diagnosing weighing system

A method and apparatus are provided for detecting the status of a load cell. When method for detecting the status of a load cell is applied to a multi-point weighing system, the method first collects characteristic sensing data of load cells. It then calculates an anomaly in the characteristic sensing data. From this, it acquires and generates an output signal corresponding to the load cell information when the anomaly exists. The method and apparatus for detecting the status of a load cell can help customers accurately locate a faulty, or potentially faulty, sensor, so as to avoid a measurement error due to sensor problems and improve user satisfaction.

Status detection method and apparatus for load cell

A method for adjusting parameters of a device with a weighing sensor collecting environmental parameter data of an environment where the device is currently located or environmental parameter data during execution of an application by the device. A zero compensation parameter is calculated and updated, based on the data collected. The method is applicable to a moisture analyzer and also to a vehicle scale. In the moisture analyzer, the method is triggered and executed in the analyzer, correcting the zero compensation data by using the environmental parameter data of an environment or environmental parameter data during execution of an application by the analyzer. Dynamic and real-time adjustment of a compensation parameter overcomes the problem that the scheme of pre-setting fixed parameters for zero compensation cannot deal with the complex zero drift encountered in actual environments.

Method for adjusting parameters of a device having a weighing sensor

In a weighing method, a weight (W) of a measured object () is measured. A roll angle (r) and a pitch angle (p) of a weighing scale platform () are read. The coordinates of a placement position (x, z) of the measured object are acquired. A first error (error1) caused by a weighing state according to the roll angle and the pitch angle is calculated. A second error (error2) caused by a weighing position according to the coordinates of the placement position, the roll angle (r) and the pitch angle (p) is also calculated. From these, a corrected weight (Wc) is determined.

Weighing method and storage medium thereof

A digital load cell has a force measurement element, a power incentive module, a signal detection module, a microprocessor, a communication module, a current control module and a configuration control module. First configuration control information configures the signal detection module to use a corresponding detection mode to perform signal conversion. Second configuration control information configures the processor to use one or more corresponding kernels or processors for running. Third configuration control information configures the communication module to use a corresponding communication protocol, terminal matching and impedance control for communication. Fourth configuration control information configures the current control module to use the on/off, voltage values and current values of the power incentive module, the signal detection module, the microprocessor and the communication module. The configuration control module sends the first to fourth configuration control information according to a working mode selected by a user.
