The disclosure discloses a numerical simulation method of an influence of a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)-based membrane on an aerodynamic characteristic of a wind turbine blade, and relates to the technical field of polymer composites. The simulation method comprises the following steps: selecting a wind turbine generator, a blade airfoil and a PTFE-based nano functional membrane; setting a numerical simulation computation network and a computation area of a wind energy capture area; determining main computation parameters and a Reynolds number for aerodynamic characteristic computation; establishing a geometrical model whose airfoil boundary extends by 0.26 mm (membrane thickness) along a normal direction to obtain a new computational geometry; computing by using a hydrodynamic computation method and a finite volume method; and obtaining an influence number simulation computation result.

Numerical simulation method of influence of PTFE-based membrane on aerodynamic characteristic of wind turbine blade

A preparation method of a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)-based membrane for preventing and removing ices covering wind turbine blades is provided and the method comprises: preparing a membrane into a PTFE rod material with polymerized monomers by using monomer polymerization methods such as blending, pre-compressing and pushing; making the membrane into a PTFE-based homogeneous membrane with micropores and nano and micron scale concave-convex geometrical ultra-structure morphologies under the condition that the membrane is cracked to generate a laminar exfoliated fabric-like structure in the hot calendaring process of the PTFE rod material by using a hot calendaring and fusion polymerization method; and applying the PTFE-based homogeneous membrane to blades of a large wind turbine in operation.

Preparation method of PTFE-based membrane for preventing and removing ices covering wind turbine blades and use thereof

A preparation method of a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)-based nano functional composite membrane and use is provided. The PTFE-based nano functional composite membrane can be applied to prevention and resistance of icing of various types of wind turbine generator blades in winter and salt spray corrosion resistance of wind turbine blades, in the meantime, can improve the aerodynamic performance of wind turbine blade airfoils and enhance the whole surface strength of the blade and protect the blade from undergoing aging erosion, and is a new-generation multi-functional brand-new composite membrane material which can be directly explored and applied to the industrial fields of preventing adhesion and corrosion of marine fouling organisms on steel pipe piles of offshore wind power and offshore platforms, avoiding snowing and icing of high-voltage transmission towers and cables, protecting snowing and icing of bridges (stay cables and suspension cables) and the like.

Preparation method of PTFE-based nano functional composite membrane and use

A high-temperature high-linear-pressure micro-eutectic method for enhancing a strength of a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)-based membrane is disclosed. The method comprises the following steps: pushing a PTFE-based nano functional composite membrane forwards at a speed of 6-8 m/min in a high-temperature high-linear-pressure micro-eutectic cavity with a length of 1.5 m at a temperature of 380° C., controlling a linear pressure of a surface of the PTFE-based membrane to be 50-80 N/m, and under a coiling traction of a membrane coiling roller outside the cavity, enabling membrane molecular chains to shrink and generate eutectic phases, wherein multiple micro-eutectic molecular structures are arranged in parallel, and the PTFE-based nano functional composite membrane has a density of 2.1 kg/mand has nanoscale macromolecular aggregates and a nano-scale and micron-scale concave-convex geometrical ultra-micro-structure morphology with a surface average size of 10-20 μm, a height of 5-10 μm and a spacing of 10-20 km.

High-temperature high-linear-pressure micro-eutectic method for enhancing strength of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)-based membrane

A method for nano-depth surface activation of a PTFE-based membrane and relates to the technical field of polymer composites is disclosed. The method comprises the following steps: covering a functional surface of a PTFE-based nano functional composite membrane, performing surface activation treatment on a single surface of the membrane to which a bonding adhesive is applied, and migrating and complexing a high-toughness cold bonding adhesive tape on the membrane surface, with an activated structure layer, of the PTFE-based nano functional composite membrane through a mechanical adhesive applying device to form an adhesive-membrane complex. An extremely strong affinity and a high-strength bonding performance are generated between the membrane and the adhesive, and the adhesive-membrane complex is formed. Integration of membrane/adhesive bonding complexing, membrane/membrane bonding complexing and membrane/adhesive layer bonding is realized.

The present disclosure relates to a color-coded cable identification assembly and a cable. The cable identification assembly comprises: a support element including a fixing element adapted to fix the support element to a cable; and a plurality of identification elements, which are detachably mounted on the support element with the cable being located between the support element and the plurality of identification elements. Each identification element has a predetermined color so that the plurality of identification elements are capable of forming a predetermined color code to identify the cable. The cable identification assembly according to the present disclosure can be very easily and rapidly mounted to the cable, thereby greatly saving the installation time of workers and thus reducing the labor cost and the chance of making a mistake. Compared with a conventional adhesive tape, the cable identification assembly according to the present disclosure can meet the requirements such as anti-ultraviolet, anti-aging and reuse, thereby further reducing the cost of the cable identification assembly.

The present disclosure relates to a coaxial connector assembly comprising a first connector and a second connector adapted to be connected with each other, and a locking mechanism adapted to lock and unlock a connection between the first connector and the second connector. The locking mechanism includes a first locking member having at least one elastic snap-fit element and a second locking member having a locking element adapted to be snap-fitly engaged with the at least one elastic snap-fit element. The first locking member is disposed on an outer periphery of the first connector, and the second locking member is disposed on an outer periphery of the second connector. The elastic snap-fit element is constructed as a cantilever that extends axially toward a direction remote from the second connector, so that it is movable between an unlocking position and a locking position along a radial direction. In the unlocking position, the elastic snap-fit element is pressed down, so that the elastic snap-fit element is disengaged from the locking element, and in the locking position, the elastic snap-fit element springs back to its initial state, so that the elastic snap-fit element is snap-fitly engaged with the lock element.

The first elastic element is configured such that the second coaxial connector portion is floatable axially and radially relative to the first coaxial connector portion, and the first elastic element is adapted to form an electrical connection between the first outer conductor and the second outer conductor.

A coaxial connector comprises an outer conductor, an inner conductor, and a dielectric spacer disposed between the outer conductor and the inner conductor. The outer conductor includes a first outer conductor component and a second outer conductor component configured to be floatable axially and radially relative to the first outer conductor component. The inner conductor includes a first inner conductor component and a second inner conductor component configured to be floatable axially and radially relative to the first inner conductor component. The coaxial connector further includes a first elastic element disposed around an outer circumference of the proximal portion of the second outer conductor component, and a second elastic element disposed in the cavity of the first inner conductor component. The coaxial connector is self-adaptive for the mating, and is particularly suitable for board-to-board connector assemblies and may ensure a high return loss performance and good PIM characteristics.

The present disclosure relates to a ganged coaxial connector assembly. The ganged coaxial connector assembly comprises a male connector including: a male connector body; and a plurality of unit male connectors arranged in the male connector body, wherein each unit male connector is configured as a 2.2-5 male connector interface and includes an inner contact, an outer contact and a dielectric spacer. The ganged coaxial connector assembly further comprises a female connector including: a female connector body; and a plurality of unit female connectors arranged in the female connector body, wherein the number of the unit female connectors is the same as that of the unit male connectors, and each unit female connecter corresponds to each unit male connector when the male connector and female connector are mated. The male connector may include a pair of stop plates and a biasing/sealing member interposed between the stop plates.

Ganged coaxial connector assembly with alternative attachment structures

The present disclosure relates to a coaxial connector and a method for producing an outer contact of the coaxial connector. The coaxial connector comprises a body, an inner contact, an outer contact, and a dielectric spacer. The body may be provided with a through hollow cavity, and the inner contact and the outer contact may be coaxially arranged in the hollow cavity of the body and may be spaced apart radially by the dielectric spacer. The outer contact may be in a shape of thin-wall cylinder and may comprise a plurality of spring fingers. The plurality of spring fingers may be spaced apart circumferentially by a plurality of slots. An end of each spring finger may be provided with a flange, and each flange may extend outwardly in a radial direction and comprises an arc portion and a flat portion. The outer contact with such a structure may provide a good interconnection quality when mating with a corresponding mating connector. The outer contact of the coaxial connector may be formed by stamping a tube, which, compared with prior art method, significantly increases the processing efficiency and reduces material and personnel costs.

Coaxial connector and method for producing the outer contact of the same

A quick-locking male connector includes: an inner contact; an insulator; an outer contact; a spring basket with a plurality of spring fingers; an elastic claw with at least radially-inward one tooth and a radially-outward nub; a connector body attached to the outer contact; and a coupling nut having at least one radially-inward extending nub. The coupling nut is movable between a rear unsecured position, in which the nub of the coupling nut is rearward of the nub of the claw, and a forward secured condition, in which the nub of the coupling nut engages the nub of the claw and forces the at least one tooth of the claw radially inward to engage with a thread of an outer conductor body of a mating female connector. The spring fingers of the spring basket apply radially-outward pressure to the outer conductor body of the mating female connector.

Method of mating a quick-locking coaxial connector

A fixture for testing coaxial connectors for PIM includes: (a) an adapter connector comprising an inner contact; an outer body that circumferentially surrounds and that is spaced from the inner contact, the outer body including an inner ring and an outer ring with a gap therebetween; and a resilient member in electrical contact with the outer body; and (b) a foundation including a fixed sleeve and a biasing member, the biasing member exerting an axial force on the sleeve and the outer body, the biasing member permitting axial and radial adjustment of the outer body and inner contact relative to the sleeve. The gap between the inner and outer rings of the outer body is configured to receive an outer ring of an outer body of a coaxial connector to be tested. The inner ring of the test fixture is located to be radially outward of an inner ring of the outer body of the coaxial connector to be tested. The resilient member is positioned to apply radial pressure to the inner ring of the outer body of coaxial connector to be tested.
