The box moving device is mounted on the crawler-type walking chassis. The dispersing device is located on one side of the box moving device. The seedling taking and throwing mechanism includes a seedling taking and throwing movement mechanism and a linear movement mechanism. The linear movement mechanism is arranged above the box moving device. The seedling taking and throwing movement mechanism is configured to reciprocate between the dispersing device and the box moving device through the linear movement mechanism. The dispersing device is connected to the seedling guiding device.

The end effector can be actively opened and closed to grab and release the plug seedlings, provide a larger space to accommodate the plug seedlings so as not to damage the seedlings, and adjust the opening degree and the clamping angle, which can meet the seedling pick-up requirements for automatic transplanting of plug seedlings of various specifications.

The present invention provides a flexible reciprocating linear seedling separating device for a pot seedling transplanter, including a frame, a seedling cup opening and closing device, a linear transmission device, a seedling cup moving device, several seedling cups and a control system. A flexible linear transmission device is fixed on the frame, a seedling cup moving device is fixed on the flexible linear transmission device, and a seedling cup opening and closing device is fixed on the seedling cup moving device. The seedling separating device of the present invention has simple structure, controllable procedure and high reliability; through flexible transmission, the movement is smooth, which can greatly reduce the noise and vibration. The motor drives the seedlings cups to move left and right in a straight line; the cylinder pushes the cups to open and close; the seedling cup is vertically downward, the seedling falling posture is better.

This invention belongs to a seedling separating device based on a rack and pinion drive in the field of transplanting machine in the agricultural automation facility, including a rack, a power unit, a linear drive, a number of seedling cups and a cylinder pushing device. The linear actuator is driven by the power unit to move on the frame; these seedling cups are mounted on the linear drive; the cylinder pushing device is mounted on the frame and is located behind the seedling cups and it drives the lower part of the seedling cup to open and retracts to close. The seedling device has simple structure, controllable program and high reliability. The motor drives the seedlings cups to move left and right; the cylinder pushes the cups to be opened and closed; the trust cup is straight down, the seedling attitude is better and the location of seedling can also be adjusted. The device can not only achieve the exact location in the designated seedling, but also to achieve the seedling movement of separating seedlings to two points from the mouth of the seedling cups.
