The motor rotor includes: a rotating shaft; a magnetic layer fixedly sleeved on the rotating shaft; a first heat diffusion layer wrapped on an outer surface of the magnetic layer away from the rotating shaft for preventing a shielding layer from overheating locally; and the shielding layer wrapped on a surface of the first heat diffusion layer away from the magnetic layer. The first heat diffusion layer is provided between the shielding layer and the magnetic layer of the motor rotor, so that the first heat diffusion layer can prevent the shielding layer and the magnetic layer from overheating locally, and improve heat dissipation efficiency of the shielding layer.
