The present invention disclosesGYH and its application in degrading chlorinated hydrocarbon pollutants, and the application is carried out as follows: resting cells obtained by spreading cultivation ofGYH are added to a pH=5-8 inorganic salt medium, and then a chlorinated hydrocarbon pollutant is added, and the cells are cultured at 20-35° C. and 140-180 rpm to degrade the pollutant. The concentration of chlorinated hydrocarbon pollutant which can be removed byGYH ranges from 2.9 mg/L to 8.93 mg/L. Therefore, thehas a highly efficient degradation ability for similar industrial pollutants and is able to withstand high concentrations of these pollutants.

GYH and application thereof in degradation of chlorinated hydrocarbon pollutants

A spray device includes a converging assembly, a container and a suction pipe. The converging assembly includes a first liquid channel, a second liquid channel, a first air channel and a second air channel. The first liquid channel and the first air channel communicate with an inlet of the second liquid channel. The second air channel communicates with the container. An end of the suction pipe communicates with the inlet of the second liquid channel, and another end is submerged in a solution in the container. When a liquid flows from the first liquid channel to the second liquid channel, air in the first liquid channel is discharged via the first air channel, the solution is sucked to the second liquid channel through the suction pipe, the solution and the liquid are mixed at the inlet of the second liquid channel, and then are sprayed from the second liquid channel.

Fungi-bacteria composite microecologics and methods for preparing and using the same

Astrain is named asS-1, which was preserved at China Center for Type Culture Collection (CCTCC) on Sep. 25, 2013 with the deposit number of CCTCC NO: M2013444. The strain of this invention takes isopropanol, ethanal, dipropyl disulfide, diethyl disulfide and propanethiol as the sole carbon source for effective degradation of substrate simultaneously with the energy growth. Furthermore, it can obtain a perfect growth in different cultivation modes owing to high substrate tolerance, which has laid down a solid foundation for engineering application for elimination of volatile organic compounds contained exhaust gas by means of biological purification.
