Provided are an electric handle, an electric toothbrush and an electric cleaning brush. The electric handle comprises a housing, a rear cover, a swing motor and a main control structure. By installing a vibration control mass with limited mass, the rotational inertia of the stator of the swing motor is increased, so that the vibration amplitude of the shell of the swing motor is reduced. It also reduces the vibration amplitude transmitted to the control circuit board, battery and electric handle, decreases the vibration feeling in user's hand, and makes the output shaft of the swing motor transmit effective swing output as much as possible. Then the swing output is transmitted to the toothbrush head or cleaning brush head installed on the output shaft.

A system and method of teaching a neural network through reinforcement learning methodology. The system includes a machine-readable medium having one or more processors that perform a motion task to produce a first result corresponding to navigating a device during a first episode and performing an interaction task during that same episode. After completion of the first episode a processor calculates a Q value change based on the first task result and the second task result. The processor then modifies parameters based on the Q value change such that during subsequent episode iterations the motion task and interactive task are improved and a smooth and continuous transition occurs between these two tasks.

The core winding, bearings and commutator are installed on the motor shaft to form a mover assembly, and then the mover assembly is installed in the concave part of the lower stator bracket. And, two bearings are fixed or pressed on the same component, so that the concentricity and coaxiality of the bearings can be ensured, the compression of the central biasing force is avoided during assembly.

Provided is an electric grinder. The grinder includes a swing motor and a grinding head driven by the swing motor. The swing motor further includes a U-shaped yoke, four permanent magnets and a swing arm. Alternating magnetic poles can be generated at end faces of the two legs under control of a control circuit. The four permanent magnets are sequentially distributed on the same circumference of a circle having the fulcrum as a center. The control circuit generates alternating pulses with adjustable pulse widths, which change the moving direction of the permanent magnets alternately, so that the permanent magnets move back and forth. The swing arm drives the grinding head to reciprocate at a high speed with small swinging amplitude, thereby cleaning the body surface (skin, nails or the like) of living bodies including human beings and animals.

The two support legs of the U-shaped yoke are respectively wound with coils, enabling the two leg end faces to generate alternating magnetic poles under the control of circuit. The four permanent magnets are centrosymmetrically disposed about a rotatory central line, the first and the fourth magnet are of the same polarity, the second and the third magnet are of the same polarity; the first and the second magnet are of the opposite polarity, disposed corresponding to the first leg; the third and the fourth magnet are of the opposite polarity, disposed corresponding to the second leg. Under the control of circuit, the driving permanent magnets drive the second yoke and the rotary output component to reciprocatively rotate about the rotatory central line.

The four permanent magnets are sequentially distributed on a same circumferential surface having a fulcrum being a centre of rotation. The polarities of radial end faces of the first permanent magnet and the fourth permanent magnet are the same. The polarities of radial end faces of the second permanent magnet and the third permanent magnet are the same, and the opposite of the polarity of the radial end face of the first permanent magnet. When a coil is electrified, the four permanent magnets produce torque having the same direction of rotation.
