A device-cloud collaboration method, platform, and apparatus, where the device-cloud collaboration method includes: obtaining current spatial information of each target terminal; tracking a spatial information change of each target terminal, to obtain a spatial information change status of each target terminal; and determining, based on spatial information-based arbitration conditions preset for different target mobile applications and the spatial information change status of the target terminal corresponding to the different target mobile applications, whether to trigger subsequent operations related to the different target mobile applications. The device-cloud platform blocks a change in which the user is not interested through arbitration of a spatial information change of the user, and provides an appropriate spatial information change to a mobile application, or triggers a subsequent operation of the mobile application.

In one aspect, a method includes receiving a log of database mutations from a client device, the log of database mutations indicating changes previously made to a client version of a database stored on the client device, and each database mutation specifying: an entity included in the database; an operation for the entity; and a client version number for the entity; identifying, in the log of database mutations, two or more database mutations that each specify a same client version number for a same entity; determining, based on a conflict resolution policy, that the two or more database mutations are eligible for collapsing; and collapsing the two or more database mutations into a single database mutation.

A computer-implemented method for data synchronization in a P2P ad hoc network includes retrieving network configuration information identifying a plurality of devices forming the P2P ad hoc network. A time offset between a local physical time at a first device and a local physical time of a second device is determined. A change in a data object of a plurality of data objects stored at a key-value store within the first device is detected, each of the data objects including a synchronization indicator. The data object change is communicated to at least the second device based on the synchronization indicator. Upon receiving confirmation from the at least the second device of receipt of the data object change, the network configuration information is updated with a timestamp based on the time offset and indicative of the local physical time at the first device when the data object change was communicated.

Individual multipath components of digital data symbols sent from a transmitter on at least two carrier frequencies generated from a common clock signal, are received () with individual delays and processed by a receiver unit having at least two fingers. Successive channel estimates are determined () from received symbols for each finger and each carrier, and an estimated frequency error is determined () for each finger and each carrier. Method for estimating covariance matrices and use thereof

A user equipment (UE) and a method are presented. The UE comprises a receiver unit and a processing circuit, and is configured for receiving wireless signals. The processing circuit is arranged for performing pre-detection of the received signals providing an initial estimation of transmitted signals. The processing circuit is also arranged for splitting the transmitted signal into disjoint subgroups, each one covering a subgroup of all layers used for the transmitted signal such that the subgroups together cover all the layers. The processing circuit is also arranged for interference cancellation performed on the subgroups of transmitted signals based on the initial estimation of the transmitted signals.
