A high-conversion-efficiency reconfigurable series-parallel switched-capacitor voltage converter includes N&#x2212;1 control units and is capable of realizing a voltage conversion ratio in a range from 1:1 to N:1 between a second conversion terminal and a first conversion terminal. When the voltage conversion ratio between the first conversion terminal and the second conversion terminal of the reconfigurable series-parallel switched-capacitor voltage converter is Nx:1, the N&#x2212;1 control units are divided into k+1 control modules. k control switch tubes are configured to respectively correspond to the preceding k control modules.
