A nonionic Gemini surfactant, (octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether disubstituted) dicarboxylic acid diphenyl ether has a structural formula of: and is prepared by a two-step reaction: S1, diphenyl ether 4,4'-dicarboxylic acid is subjected to an acyl chlorination reaction to obtain diphenyl ether 4,4&#x2032;-dicarbonyl dichloride; S2, diphenyl ether 4,4&#x2032;-dicarbonyl dichloride is subjected to an esterification reaction with octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether (OP-10) to obtain the target product (octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether disubstituted) dicarboxylic acid diphenyl ether. The surfactant is expected to be applied in tertiary oil recovery as an alkali/surfactant, in polymer/surfactant binary composite flooding, in alkali/surfactant/polymer ternary composite flooding, as a microemulsion emulsifier and the like, and it can also be compounded with a common surfactant to reduce the use cost, and thus create conditions for its large-scale application.

The anionic Gemini surfactant is N,N,N',N&#x2032;-dodecyl tetrasubstituted diphenyl ether sulfonate having the structural formula:  The anionic nano-microemulsion system of the present invention is homogeneous and transparent, has a spherical core-shell structure, has a nanometer size (3 to 40 nm) as droplets, has a narrow particle size distribution, is not easy to agglomerate, has good stability, and has an ultra-low interfacial tension and a capability of reducing viscosity of crude oil.

The system comprises a non-ionic gemini surfactant, an oil phase material, a solubilizer, and water; wherein the microemulsion has a core-shell structure, with the outer shell being the non-ionic Gemini surfactant, and the inner core being the oil phase material. The non-ionic Gemini surfactant is di(octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether)-substituted dicarboxylic acid diphenyl ether having the structural formula:  The non-ionic nanoemulsion system of the present invention is homogeneous and transparent, and has a spherical core-shell structure with nanometer-sized (3-40 nm) droplets, narrow particle size distribution, low tendency to agglomerate, good stability, and both an ultra-low interfacial tension and the ability to reduce viscosity of crude oil.

The production method comprises: dispersing the ZSM-5 spherical nano-molecular sieve into toluene, adding thereto an organosilane containing a hydrophilic group and reacting at 40-80&#xb0; C. for 2-16 h, to obtain a molecular sieve containing a hydrophilic group; placing the molecular sieve containing a hydrophilic group in an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide and reacting at 50-90&#xb0; C. for 10-50 min, to obtain a molecular sieve containing a hydrophilic group on the outside; dispersing the molecular sieve containing a hydrophilic group on the outside into toluene, adding thereto an organosilane containing a lipophilic group and reacting at 40-80&#xb0; C. for 2-12 h, to obtain the amphiphilic molecular sieve containing a hydrophilic group on the outside and a lipophilic group on the inside. The present invention also provides an amphiphilic molecular sieve obtained by the above production method, which contains a hydrophilic group on the outside and a lipophilic group on the inside.

The present invention provides a nano-silica dispersion having amphiphilic properties and a double-particle structure and its production method. The production method comprises: producing a lipophilically modified nano-silica alcosol which is denoted as a first reaction solution by adding a silane coupling agent containing a lipophilic group to a nano-silica alcosol as a raw material; producing a hydrophilically modified nano-silica alcosol which is denoted as a second reaction solution by adding a silane coupling agent containing a hydrophilic group into a nano-silica alcosol as a raw material; producing the nano-silica dispersion having amphiphilic properties and a double-particle structure by adding 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane to the first reaction solution, stirring, then mixing the resultant with the second reaction solution. The present invention further provides a nano-silica dispersion having amphiphilic properties and a double-particle structure produced by the above production method. It has both hydrophilic and lipophilic properties, and has the double-particle structure, with a particle size of less than 100 nm. The production process is simple and low in cost.

The present invention also provides a molecular sieve obtained by the above production method, which does not destroy the characteristics of the original molecular sieve and has hydrophilic and lipophilic amphiphilic properties.

The present invention relates to a dendritic comb-shaped polymer thickening agent and preparation and application thereof; it is a copolymer obtained by copolymerization of monomer (A) and monomer (B). Monomer (A) is one or more water-soluble unsaturated monomers with olefin chain, and monomer (B) is at least one monomer with the following general structure: wherein R, Ris selected from H or C&#x2dc;Calkyl group, respectively; R, R, Ris selected from H or C&#x2dc;Calkyl group, C&#x2dc;Calkylaryl group, C&#x2dc;Calkyl ether or C&#x2dc;Calkyl ester group, respectively; A' is selected from COOor OH. Disclosed are a flexible polymer, particles made from same, and a process for preparing the particles. This flexible polymer is obtained from copolymerizing monomer (A) and monomer (B), wherein monomer (A) is one or more water-insoluble unsaturated diene monomers; monomer (B) is at least one compound with the general formula of wherein R is C-Calkyl, C-Calkyl aryl, C-Calkyl ether or C-Calkyl ester. Monomer (A) is in an amount of 60-90% by weight of the total combined weight of monomer (A) and monomer (B). Monomer (B) is in an amount of 10-40% by weight of the total combined weight of monomer (A) and monomer (B). The flexible polymer particles show excellent flexibility, deformability, elasticity as well as stability. They can be used in oilfields in nearby wellbore profile control and in-depth profile control or as in-depth flooding fluid diverting agents. They can also be applied in water shutoff in high temperature and high salinity production wells; preventing chemical channeling in polymer and ASP (alkali-surfactant-polymer) flooding; temporarily plugging in acidization; huff and puff; and preventing in-depth channeling in steam flooding, loss of circulation control and filtration control, and the like.

A braided comb-shaped salt-resistant thickening agent for tertiary oil extraction from class I oil reservoir is disclosed. The agent is polymerized with monomer (A) and monomer (B), and monomer (A) is one or multiple water soluble non-saturated compound(s) with alkenyl chain, while monomer (B) is at least one compound with the following formula: Monomer (A) is preferably acrylamide, ethenyl pyrrolidone, 2-acrylamide-2 methylpropane sulfonic acid, and acrylic acid or the mixture of the above said compounds, and in the formula of monomer (B), A is COOH, OH, SOH, Rand Rare H or C-Calkyl, Rand Rrepresent C-Calkyl, C-Calkylaryl, C-Calkyl ether or C-Calkyl ester group. This thickening agent has fine water solubility and good property to thicken water medium. The polymer's molecules present a braided comb-shaped structure in water solution with fine salt-resistant performances. The agent can be used together with the water extracted from oil mines to compound the polymer for tertiary oil extraction, and the polymer solution's viscosity can reach the level of the comb-shaped salt-resistant polymer solution applied in class I oil reservoir, so it can promote the economic benefits of tertiary oil extraction from class II oil reservoir and expand the application scope.
