Modern day-to-day life depends on reliable operation of network devices in a wide range of service network such as an electric grid. An analysis and control system executes a complex technical analysis to determine maintenance optimizations for the service network. The system arrives at the optimizations after taking into consideration the maintenance tasks to be performed across a time-dependent network topology and service sensitivity of the network devices to service outage.

The present disclosure provides a method, an apparatus, and a storage medium for determining a location of an intelligent base station. The method includes: acquiring environment information of an environment in which the intelligent base station is located, and identifying texture information and location information of each scatterer in the environment in which the intelligent base station is located according to the environment information; performing a three-dimensional reconstruction on the environment in which the intelligent base station is located according to the texture information and the location information, to obtain a three-dimensional simulated environment; determining communication quality parameters in the three-dimensional simulated environment, and determining a location with a best communication quality according to the communication quality parameters, and determining the location with the best communication quality as the location of the intelligent base station, and the communication quality parameters includes a channel interference value or a system throughput.

The present disclosure presents a system, method, and apparatus for capacity determination in a micro grid, and a tangible computer readable medium. The micro grid comprises multi-type energy supply devices to provide both electricity and thermal energy, In embodiments of the present disclosure, a capacity determination process for minimizing both annual integrated cost for the micro grid and annual energy outage cost, is performed under constraints on electricity supply/demand balance and thermal energy supply/demand balance, and operation constraints on the multi-type energy supply devices, to determine respective numbers or energy supply capacity of the multi-type energy supply device. With embodiments of the present disclosure, it may achieve an optimal capacity termination which could provide a significant cost saving and at the same time guarantees the operation reliability of the micro grid.

The present disclosure provides a big-data-mining-based wireless channel modeling method comprising: obtaining image information of a measurement environment and a channel impulse response data sample under a preset condition; obtaining at least one multipath wave and a channel parameter of each of the multipath wave according to the channel impulse response data sample using a channel parameter estimation algorithm; and clustering the at least one multipath wave according to the channel parameter of each of the multipath wave using a clustering algorithm to obtain at least one cluster; obtaining at least one scattering object in the measurement environment according to the image information of the measurement environment; matching each of the cluster with each of the scattering object to obtain a cluster kernel which is a cluster matching with the scattering object; establishing, a base wireless channel model under the preset condition according to all of the cluster kernel.
