A mechanical-electrical-hydraulic composite transmission device and a control method thereof are provided. The device includes an input shaft assembly, a power-split assembly, a hydraulic transmission assembly, an electrical variable transmission assembly, a mechanical transmission assembly, a power-convergence assembly, and an output shaft. Three types of transmission modes including single transmission modes, power-split composite transmission modes, and power-convergence composite transmission modes are implemented by controlling engagement and disengagement of clutches and a brake. Free switching between various transmission modes is realized, the requirements of engineering machinery for a transmission device with multiple modes in different working conditions are satisfied, the engine power utilization is improved, and the fuel economy is increased. The shift impact is effectively reduced and the speed ratio adjustment range is expanded. The hydraulic transmission enables quick startup and stable operation and implements speed variation and direction change easily and rapidly without causing impact.

Mechanical-electrical-hydraulic hybrid transmission device and control method thereof

A mechanical-double ring-hydraulic composite transmission mechanism includes an input member, a convergence mechanism, a hydraulic transmission mechanism, a double ring mechanism, an output member, a clutch assembly, and a brake assembly. The clutch assembly connects a left planetary gear train to a right planetary gear train. The clutch assembly connects the input member to the hydraulic transmission mechanism, the double ring mechanism, the left planetary gear train, and the right planetary gear train. The clutch assembly connects the hydraulic transmission mechanism to the right planetary gear train. The clutch assembly connects the double ring mechanism to the left planetary gear train. The clutch assembly connects the left planetary gear train and the right planetary gear train to the output member. A continuous transmission ratio between the input member and the output member is provided by adjusting a displacement ratio of the hydraulic transmission mechanism.

Mechanical-double ring-hydraulic composite transmission mechanism

A power split and power convergence combined hydro-mechanical hybrid transmission device includes an input member, a power split mechanism, a mechanical transmission mechanism, a power convergence mechanism, an output member, a hydraulic transmission mechanism, a clutch assembly, and a brake assembly. The input member is connected to the power split mechanism, the power convergence mechanism is connected to the output member, and the clutch assembly connects an output end of the power split mechanism to an input end of the mechanical transmission mechanism and an input end of the hydraulic transmission mechanism and connects an input end of the power convergence mechanism to an output end of the mechanical transmission mechanism and an output end of the hydraulic transmission mechanism. The clutch assembly and the brake assembly provide a continuous transmission ratio between the input member and the output member.

Power split and power convergence combined hydro-mechanical hybrid transmission device

A continuously variable transmission system for hybrid power multi-mode switching, includes an input component, an output component, a clutch assembly, a brake, a hydraulic transmission assembly and a planetary gear assembly, wherein the input component is connected with the hydraulic transmission assembly, the output component is connected with the planetary gear assembly, the clutch assembly connects the input component and the hydraulic transmission assembly to the planetary gear assembly respectively, and the brake and the clutch assembly provide a transmission ratio for continuous forwarding or backwarding continuously between the input component and the output component. The hydro-mechanical transmission is switched to mechanical transmission by increasing the displacement ratio of the hydraulic transmission assembly linearly or non-linearly.

Hybrid multi-mode switching continuously variable transmission system

A hydro-mechanical hybrid transmission device with an energy management mechanism includes an input member, a mechanical transmission mechanism, an energy management mechanism, a power output mechanism, an output member, a convergence mechanism, a start mechanism, a hydraulic transmission mechanism, a clutch assembly, and a brake assembly. The clutch assembly connects the input member to the mechanical transmission mechanism, the power output mechanism, and the hydraulic transmission mechanism, and connects the energy management mechanism to the mechanical transmission mechanism and the power output mechanism. The clutch assembly and the brake assembly provide a continuous transmission ratio between the input member and the output member and/or the power output mechanism, between the energy management mechanism and the output member and/or the power output mechanism, and between the energy management mechanism together with the input member and the output member and/or the power output mechanism.

Hydro-mechanical hybrid transmission device with energy management mechanism

A power-split hydro-mechanical hybrid transmission system with an automatic adjustment function includes an input member, a hydraulic transmission mechanism, a split mechanism, a convergence mechanism, an output member, a clutch assembly, and a brake assembly. The clutch assembly connects the input member to an input end of the split mechanism, connects an output end of the split mechanism to an input end of the hydraulic transmission mechanism and an input end of the convergence mechanism, and connects an output end of the hydraulic transmission mechanism to the output member. An output end of the convergence mechanism is connected to the output member. The clutch assembly and the brake assembly provide a continuous transmission ratio between the input member and the output member. The power-split hydro-mechanical hybrid transmission system enables multi-mode continuously variable transmission and has energy reuse and emergency support functions.

Power-split hydro-mechanical hybrid transmission system with automatic adjustment function

A gear-double ring-hydraulic hybrid transmission device includes an input mechanism, a double ring series transmission mechanism, a hydraulic transmission mechanism, an output member, a front planetary gear mechanism, a middle planetary gear mechanism, a rear planetary gear mechanism, a clutch assembly, and a brake assembly. An output of the double ring series transmission mechanism is connected to the middle planetary gear mechanism. The clutch assembly connects the input mechanism to the double ring series transmission mechanism, the hydraulic transmission mechanism, and the front planetary gear mechanism, connects an output of the hydraulic transmission mechanism to the middle planetary gear mechanism, and connects an output of the rear planetary gear mechanism to the output member. The clutch assembly and the brake assembly provide a continuous transmission ratio between the input mechanism and the output member.

A multi-mode continuously variable transmission with both speed coupling and torque coupling includes an engine-power input assembly, a hydraulic transmission assembly, a motor transmission assembly, a planetary gear assembly, an output member, a clutch assembly, and a brake assembly, wherein an output end of the planetary gear assembly is connected to the output member, the clutch assembly connects the engine-power input assembly, the hydraulic transmission assembly, and the motor transmission assembly to an input end of the planetary gear assembly, and the clutch assembly connects the engine-power input assembly to the hydraulic transmission assembly; and the clutch assembly and the brake assembly provide a continuously changing transmission ratio between the engine-power input assembly or/and the motor transmission assembly and the output member.

Multi-mode continuously variable transmission with both speed coupling and torque coupling

In the hydro-mechanical hybrid transmission device, planetary gear structures are combined with engagement/disengagement of brakes and clutches, to implement switching of power split and convergence structural forms.

A hydro-mechanical hybrid transmission device and a control method thereof are provided. The device includes an input shaft, a split mechanism, a mechanical transmission assembly, a hydraulic transmission assembly, and an output shaft, wherein the input shaft is connected, through the split mechanism, to the mechanical transmission assembly and the hydraulic transmission assembly that are connected in parallel, and the mechanical transmission assembly and the hydraulic transmission assembly are both connected to the output shaft. The mechanical transmission assembly includes a front planetary-gear-set assembly and a rear planetary-gear-set assembly. The front planetary-gear-set assembly and the rear planetary-gear-set assembly are connected in series. The control method includes three modes of transmission: pure hydraulic transmission, hydro-mechanical hybrid transmission, and pure mechanical transmission are implemented through combination and engagement/disengagement of gear-shift components.

Hydro-mechanical hybrid transmission device with multiple power distribution modes and control method thereof
