A flexible display panel and a manufacturing method therefor. The flexible display panel comprises an organic insulating layer and a metal layer disposed on the organic insulating layer, and is divided into a display region located in the middle, a binding region located outside the display region, and a bending region located between the display region and the binding region. The organic insulating layer is provided with a plurality of protrusions in the bending region so that the surface of the organic insulating layer is uneven in the bending region. The metal layer comprises a plurality of metal wires penetrating the bending region, and each metal wire covers a part the protrusions of the organic insulating so that the surface the metal wire is also uneven along with the organic insulating layer. During the bending of the flexible display panel, the protrusions would release part of stress.

Flexible display panel and manufacturing method therefor

A flexible display panel is provided. The flexible display panel includes an array substrate, an organic light-emitting layer, a cathode layer, an optical coupling output layer, and a thin film encapsulation layer stacked on each other. The organic light-emitting layer includes a red pixel unit, a green pixel unit, and a blue pixel unit. The optical coupling output layer is arranged corresponding to the red pixel unit and the green pixel unit. The thin film encapsulation layer corresponding to the blue pixel unit of the organic light-emitting layer is in contact with the cathode layer.

An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display panel includes a light transmitting area at least partially disposed in an electronic component setting area. A transparent filling layer, a built-in encapsulation layer, and a planarization layer are disposed in the light transmitting area. By providing the transparent filling layer in the light transmitting area to replace part of a film layer material, light transmittance is improved, and there is no technical problem that it is difficult to package. The built-in encapsulation layer reduces the speed at which water and oxygen penetrate the inside of a display panel through the transparent filling layer.

The present invention provides an encapsulation thin-film, including a first inorganic layer composed of a first oxide; a polymer layer disposed on the first inorganic layer, and composed of a polymer bonded to the first oxide by a chemical bond; and a second inorganic layer disposed on the polymer layer, and bonded to the polymer by a chemical bond. The encapsulation thin-film and the display device according to the present invention, the first inorganic layer, the polymer layer and the second inorganic layer are bonded by a chemical bond, thus can prevent external water and oxygen corrosion and improve bending resistance of the display device.

Organic light emitting diode display device

The disclosure discloses an inorganic film applied for thin film encapsulation of an OLED device. The inorganic film includes inorganic layer units including a first inorganic layer, a second inorganic layer, and a third inorganic layer located between the first inorganic layer and the second inorganic layer, and the third inorganic layer is formed by reacting the first inorganic layer with the second inorganic layer.
