The present disclosure provides an array substrate and a display device. The array substrate includes: a base substrate; and a plurality of pixel units disposed on the base substrate; each of the pixel units includes an active display region, the active display region of at least one of the pixel units is provided with a light-shielding layer, the light-shielding layer is located at an edge of the active display region, and a surface of a side of the light-shielding layer away from the base substrate is a reflecting surface. The light-shielding layer is disposed within an annular region, the annular region has a width in a range of 20 &#x3bc;m-50 &#x3bc;m, and an outer boundary of the annular region is a boundary of the active display region.

An array base plate and a fabricating method thereof, a display panel and a displaying device. The array base plate includes a substrate, the substrate is divided into a displaying region and a non-displaying region that surrounds the displaying region, and the non-displaying region includes a chip binding region; the array base plate further includes a target film layer provided on the substrate, and the target film layer extends to the non-displaying region; and the target film layer has a depression structure on a side that faces the chip binding region, and a position of the depression structure corresponds to a position of the chip binding region, whereby an orthographic projection of an alignment film in the array base plate on the substrate does not have a coinciding area with the chip binding region.

A backlight source, a liquid crystal module, and a display device are provided. The backlight source includes a back plate and a plurality of support structures. The back plate includes a side wall and a bottom plate, and the side wall and the bottom plate define a first groove. A plurality of the support structures are arranged along a circumferential direction of the side wall and spaced apart from each other. The support structure is detachably connected to the side wall, and extends toward a center of the accommodation groove to form a support plane.

Backlight source, liquid crystal module and display device

The present application provides a display panel and a display device. The display panel includes an array substrate and a color filter substrate arranged oppositely, and a light source on a side of the color filter substrate facing the array substrate. The color filter substrate includes a first region and a second region. An orthogonal projection of the array substrate on the color filter substrate is in the first region, and the light source is in the second region.

The present disclosure provides a display drive circuit for driving a display panel having a plurality of pixels. The display drive circuit comprises a stepping unit, configured to shape a gate voltage signal to compensate for pixel-to-pixel charging variations to thereby reduce luminance variations on the display panel. The display drive circuit can further include a time sequence control unit and a modulation unit. The time sequence control unit can be coupled to the modulation unit, and can be configured to generate a first control signal; and the modulation unit can be configured to utilize the first control signal to modulate a preset signal to thereby generate a second control signal; and the stepping unit can be coupled to the modulation unit, and can be configured to shape the gate voltage signal based on the second control signal prior to outputting the gate voltage signal.

Display apparatus and drive circuit thereof

The present disclosure provides a display device and a backlight source. The display device includes a liquid crystal panel and a backlight source. The liquid crystal panel includes a color filter substrate, an array substrate arranged opposite to the color filter substrate, and a blue phase liquid crystal layer arranged between the color filter substrate and the array substrate. A first driving electrode is arranged at a side of the color filter substrate facing the array substrate, and a second driving electrode is arranged at a side of the array substrate facing the color filter substrate. The backlight source includes: a light guide plate; and a composite layer arranged at a light-exiting surface of the light guide plate and including a plurality of dielectric layers whose refractive indices decrease gradually in a direction away from the light-exiting surface of the light guide plate.
