Provided is a device based on ensemble nitrogen-vacancy centers, including: a right-angle prism; a dichroic parabolic condensing lens, a bottom opening oblique plane of the dichroic parabolic condensing lens is fixed on an oblique plane of the right-angle prism, and the dichroic parabolic condensing lens is configured to polarize the ensemble nitrogen-vacancy centers by an incident laser and collect a fluorescence signal at the ensemble nitrogen-vacancy center; a diamond, the diamond is a layered diamond, including a first face and a second face opposite to the first face, the first face is fixed at a top of a paraboloid of the dichroic parabolic condensing lens, and the second face includes the ensemble nitrogen-vacancy centers; a Lenz lens attached to the second face and configured to converge microwave magnetic field; a microwave coil located above the Lenz lens and configured to apply microwave magnetic field to the ensemble nitrogen-vacancy centers.

The present disclosure provides a fixed-position defect doping method for a micro-nanostructure based on a self-alignment process, including: S1, sequentially forming a sacrificial layer and a photoresist layer on a surface of a crystal substrate; S2, performing a lithography on the photoresist layer to form a mask hole according to a micro-nano pattern; S3, performing an isotropic etching on the sacrificial layer through the mask hole, and amplifying the micro-nano pattern to the sacrificial layer; S4, performing an ion implantation doping on an exposed crystal surface below the mask hole; S5, removing the photoresist layer, and depositing a mask material; S6, removing the sacrificial layer, and transferring a micro-nano amplified pattern in the sacrificial layer to a mask material pattern; and S7, etching an exposed crystal surface, and removing the mask material on the surface and forming a specific defect by annealing.

A method for implementing an atomic clock based on NV-N coupling spin system in diamond and a device are provided. The method includes: applying a pulse sequence to jointly initialize NV electron spins andN nuclear spins; performing a Ramsey interferometry to compare a RF frequency and aN hyperfine coupling; entangling the NV electron spin and the nuclear spin, reading out a state of nuclear spins by collecting a fluorescence signal; calculating a frequency difference between the RF frequency and theN hyperfine coupling according to the fluorescence signal, thereby locking the RF frequency to theN hyperfine coupling; and outputting the RF frequency as a frequency standard.

A method for implementing an atomic clock based on NV-N coupling spin system in diamond and a device are provided. The method is to lock a RF frequency using aN zero-field splitting and output the RF frequency as a frequency standard. The method includes: applying a pulse sequence to jointly initialize NV electron spins andN nuclear spins; performing a Ramsey interferometry to compare a RF frequency and aN zero-field splitting; entangling the NV electron spin and the nuclear spin, reading out a state of nuclear spins by collecting a fluorescence signal; calculating a frequency difference between the RF frequency and theN zero-field splitting according to the fluorescence signal, thereby locking the RF frequency to theN zero-field splitting; and outputting the RF frequency as a frequency standard.

Implementation method and device of atomic clock based on diamond NV-N coupling spin system

A magnetic field measurement device and a magnetic field measurement method based on solid-state spins are provided. Zeeman splitting between electron energy levels of electrons of a magnetic sensitive unit is different under the action of external magnetic fields having different intensities. Continuous excitation and manipulation is applied to the electrons by means of a control field and control laser, so that spins of a system can reach a balanced state. The spin population of the system is influenced by the external magnetic fields. Therefore, fluorescence signals with intensities changing with the spin population of the system can be obtained, and fluorescent signals having different intensities can be obtained according to the different intensities of the external magnetic fields.

Magnetic field measurement device and magnetic field measurement method based on solid-state spins

A sequence signal generator and a sequence signal generation method are provided. In the sequence signal generation method, a waveform output instruction sent by a host computer is received to acquire waveform data. The waveform data includes original square wave sequence data and target square wave sequence data, and the target square wave sequence data includes a preliminary delay parameter and a secondary delay parameter. An original square wave sequence signal is acquired according to the original square wave sequence data. According to the preliminary delay parameter, preliminary delay processing is performed on the original square wave sequence signal to acquire an intermediate square wave sequence signal, and according to the secondary delay parameter, secondary delay processing is performed on the intermediate square wave sequence signal to acquire a target square wave sequence signal.

Sequence signal generator and sequence signal generation method

A magnetic resonance spectrometer and a control apparatus for the magnetic resonance spectrometer based on an FPGA. The control apparatus includes a control unit and a conversion receiving unit. The control unit includes a clock source. A waveform generation unit and a signal receiving unit inside the control apparatus are synchronized by means of the same clock source. The control apparatus includes two working modes: a continuous wave mode and an impulse wave mode. The control apparatus can output a microwave signal which is modulated by any wave and has higher synchronism and time resolution.

Magnetic resonance spectrometer and control apparatus for magnetic resonance spectrometer based on FPGA

An FPGA-based square-wave generator and a square-wave generation method. The generator comprises a bus control module for receiving a broadcast command and a broadcast address sent by an upper computer; a waveform broadcast management module for receiving the broadcast command and the broadcast address, reading original waveform data from a storage module according to the broadcast command and the broadcast address, decoding the original waveform data to obtain waveform data, generating delay data according to the waveform data, and outputting the waveform data and the delay data; a parallel-serial conversion unit for receiving waveform data input in parallel and serially outputting the waveform data to obtain a square-wave signal; a delay chain unit for delaying the square-wave signal; and a multi-path selection controller for receiving the delay data, determining an output node, for the square-wave signal, on the delay chain unit according to the delay data, and leading out a corresponding delayed square-wave signal from the output node and outputting the signal. By means of the present invention, square-wave signals with high accuracy and no dead time can be continuously output.
