A detachable base includes a pedestal, a counterweight box mounted on the pedestal, and a shell detachably covered on the counterweight box and the pedestal. The shell includes an edge, a corner having a smooth transition camber surface, and a cover. The edge is detachably connected to the cover. A side edge vertical to the corner is provided with a first fitting portion of a fastening part. A vertical side edge of the edge corresponding to the corner is provided with a second fitting portion of a fastened part. The first fitting portion fits with the second fitting portion through socketing. The counterweight box, the detachable shell and the pedestal of the invention allow the whole detachable base to be disassembled into small-sized parts easy to take and pack, or to be assembled, as spare parts, together with other accessories of the sunshade.

An opening and closing structure for an umbrella combining automatic and non-automatic modes including an electric mechanism, a cranking mechanism and a clutch structure is described herein. The electric mechanism includes a screw rod, a motor and a first transmission element. The motor is configured to drive rotation of the screw rod, and the first transmission element is mounted at the screw rod. The cranking mechanism includes a second transmission element and a cranking handle. The second transmission element is engaged with the first transmission element, and the second transmission element is connected with the cranking handle via the clutch structure. The invention overturns a conventional method of using an electric umbrella, and provides a manual lifting-and-lowering function under the premise of maintaining a electric lifting-and-lowering function, that is, in case of insufficient or no power supply, the umbrella can be opened and closed through the cranking handle.

Opening and closing structure for umbrella combining automatic and non-automatic modes

Embodiments of the present invention provide an umbrella, comprising: an umbrella frame, an umbrella cloth, solar chips, a storage battery, and an electrical driving mechanism. The umbrella cloth covers the umbrella frame, the solar chips are disposed on an upper surface of the umbrella cloth, the solar chips are electrically connected with the storage battery, and the storage battery provides electrical energy to the electrical driving mechanism disposed on the umbrella frame so that the umbrella frame, driven by the electrical driving mechanism, achieves opening and closing motion. The present invention solves problems with the umbrellas in the prior art such as single functionality and difficult opening and closing.
