The present disclosure provides a wind turbine blade with an improved trailing edge structure and a manufacturing method thereof. The wind turbine blade includes an upper shell, a lower shell, and a trailing edge, where a trailing edge bonding region enclosed by the upper shell, the lower shell and the trailing edge is filled with composite materials, and the composite materials are discontinuous in an airfoil chordwise direction. The manufacturing method includes the following steps: S1: manufacturing reinforcements with a same cross-sectional shape as the trailing edge filling region for composite materials; and S2: integrally molding the reinforcements, a fiber fabric and the upper shell, providing the lower shell, combining the upper shell and the lower shell, and performing heating for curing and molding. The discontinuous filling structure reduces usages of the adhesive and the reinforcements of the composite materials. The small web can improve a strength of the trailing edge region, and reduce a bonding width of the trailing edge. Therefore, the present disclosure realizes a light weight of the wind turbine blade.

Wind turbine blade with improved trailing edge structure and manufacturing method thereof

A modular gas-heat anti-icing method as well as a device for high-power wind turbine blades, wherein a modular heating system is provided on the blade root, a ventilation duct is provided inside the blade, a wind deflector is provided at the end of the ventilation duct, which divides the front edge of the blade into two parts, so that the hot air in the ventilation duct is only to be conducted to the blade tip and then circulates into the blade root via the rear edge of the blade, enabling the hot air to circulate inside the blade and form a 'blade root to blade tip to blade root' closed loop, so that the purpose of heating the front edge of the blade is achieved, and it is ensured that the whole blade does not ice by preventing the front edge of the blade from icing.

Anti-icing and deicing method and device for high-power wind turbine blades

An anti-icing wind power blade, consisted of a wind turbine blade, wherein the wind turbine blade is provided with an anti-icing heating device, and wherein the anti-icing heating device consists of an air heating system and an electric heating system, wherein the two systems are independent from each other, without mutual interference, and heat the wind turbine blade separately or simultaneously. The air heating system and the electric heating system are both located inside the wind turbine blade, wherein the air heating system comprises an air heating control cabinet and an air heating device, and the electric heating system comprises an electric heating control cabinet and an electric heating element, the wind turbine blade is divided into a front edge and a back edge by a front edge web plate and a back edge web plate, wherein the air heating device is disposed in the back edge and the electric heating element is disposed on the outer surface of the front edge of the blade, and the air heating control cabinet and the electric heating control cabinet are disposed at the blade root. The current invention has an air heating system and an electric heating system. When the electric heating system malfunctions, the air heating system can automatically start and heat. As a result, the usage does not need to be stopped during repair, and the usage efficiency is increased, and is more appropriate for use in severe environment.
