A water circulation system for a pool comprises a water outlet assembly mounted to an inner wall of a pool, and in communication with an external pump through a water outlet pipe. The system also includes an air inlet assembly mounted to the pool a distance from the water outlet assembly, and an air outlet assembly attached to the water outlet assembly and in communication with the water outlet assembly. An air inlet passage connects the air inlet assembly to the air outlet assembly, so external air can enter the air inlet assembly and enter the water outlet assembly through the air outlet assembly. Air is introduced to the water outlet by the air outlet when the water outlet assembly is blocked, reducing negative pressure at the water outlet and reducing risk that a portion of a user's body is drawn against or into the water outlet.

A PTC liquid heating device comprises a housing extending along a longitudinal axis and defining a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet. A PTC heating unit is inserted into the housing and extends along the longitudinal axis. The PTC heating unit includes a sleeve, a heat conductor and at least one PTC heating core. The heat conductor has a pair of metal profiles defining at least one chamber, the at least one chamber extending along the longitudinal axis to receive the at least one PTC heating core. The heat conductor is located in the sleeve and has a shape matching the sleeve. The PTC liquid heating device provides uniform and efficient heat transfer. In addition, the PTC liquid heating device has improved corrosion resistance and insulation properties, thereby prolonging the service life of the PTC liquid heating device.

A provisioning machine may receive a request that an application be executed while distributed according to a distribution constraint among various devices. The provisioning machine may access a topological model that represents multiple devices configured as a single cloud-based application server and defines a first group of devices that have the same redundancy status (e.g., active or backup). A device may be a member of both the first group and the second group. The provisioning machine may determine a size of the first group according to the distribution constraint. A grounding detection apparatus, a control method thereof and a pool system are provided. The grounding detection apparatus includes a detection circuit, which includes a live line connection terminal, a neutral line connection terminal, a grounding terminal, a first impedance circuit, a sampling resistance, a differential amplifying circuit and a comparison unit; a first terminal of the first impedance circuit is connected with the live line connection terminal; a second terminal of the first impedance circuit is connected with a first terminal of the sampling resistance and a first input terminal of the differential amplifying circuit; the sampling resistance is configured to convert a sampling current to a sampling voltage; the differential amplifying circuit is configured to amplify the sampling voltage to form an amplified sampling voltage; and the comparison unit is configured to compare a threshold voltage and the amplified sampling voltage and output a comparison result.

A file read/write method includes: determining whether a file to be read/written is a large file, where the file to be read/written is a file to be written into a calling card of the mobile terminal or a file to be read from the calling card; when a determining result is yes, negotiating with the calling card a rate of reading/writing the large file, and replacing a standard rate with a high rate as a file read/write rate of the calling card; and reading the file to be read/written from the calling card or writing the file to be read/written into the calling card according to the high rate. In the present invention, the file transmission rate may be automatically modified according to the size of a file to be read/written, so as to effectively shorten time of large-file read/write performed with a calling card.
